32Red second to none

Hi All,

Just wanted to say thanks to 32Red.
They sent me an email for a no-deposit $50 bonus, which I played with and unfortunately lost.
The following day they incorrectly sent me another email for another no-deposit $50 bonus. Even though the email was sent incorrectly they still honoured the bonus...
Also, 32Red does not limit how much you can win from a bonus unlike other casinos.

Thanks
32Red

I got the same, but I suspected that it was sent in error.
Felt a little disappointed anyway so I got it a second time too

It simply doesn't exist a casino as good as this, and I don't mean what games they have, but the people behind it.
I'm not always so nice but no matter what I always feel that they care and respect me. That means all to me.
I just love them all for who they are :notworthy

Yes, I know that some are tired of reading the same all the time but they are worth it, every time:)

I haven't got a red letter day in quite some time:( 32Red is still my number one place to play. I know that there will be no problems and if I get lucky to cashout I will be paid without any hassle. So in my opinion 32Red is second to none.

IMO their red letters are very mean lately, (and thats when you get them), thats just my opinion though

On a bad loosing streak at 32red with over $1000 loss total this month.... had red letter last week of $25 but that was a bonus. Sure would be nice with a $50 no deposit with no wager will hope something like that pops up in my email soon

Is that a hint? :D

Just a general English correction as it pops up a lot (and nothing personal to you as I know you are Danish)....

The word is actually "losing" and not "loosing". The latter means making something loose or freeing something from a fixed state etc. Even though the word sounds "looooozing" it is actually spelled "losing", as it is an adjective of the word "lose" (i.e. with one "o").

As I said, nothing at all personal, just that many people seem to get this wrong (and at least you have an excuse :) )

Hehe thanks nifty thanks I seem to be using loosing a lot by mistake despite I know should be losing....

I guess I am just a sore LOSER :p

by the way found this and it made me laugh.....

looser
A looser is a loser who can't spell "loser".
Moron: "Hey man, you are teh looser!"
Guy: "It's spelled 'loser' you uneducated bastard."

I think them bonuses might be reserved for people who have not played a while, I am guessing though,!! the most I have ever had on a red letter is £25, not sure they go any higher

I had an email from 32Red tonight at 23:00, telling me there'd be a 100% match bonus tomorrow (starting after midnight tonight) so that's 25 hours til the end of the promotion. Unfortunately I've already reached my weekly deposit limit. But It's good to have advanced warning :)

So they've outdone Bet-at there, who sent me an email last month at 19:40, telling me there was a 50% bonus that day. It arrived an hour after I'd actually made a deposit :(

For some reason they lowered my 100 %, 50 % and 25 % bonuses to a €25 max bonus amount. I can't even touch the games I want to play with such a low br. I've done many deposits without a bonus aswell.

About 50 % of the time I try to claim a bonus it doesn't work and I have to go to live chat. A few times the support didn't believe I had the offer I was trying to claim and I had to send in screenshots. The last offer they didn't believe I had in the lobby was €25 deposit for 25 freespins (with 30x WR!).

No weekend cashouts.

I asked for a freechip once after a horrible week of lots of deposit but got a no quickly.

I'm not a winner at 32red so why i'm being limited is beyond me.

Still a great casino and I will keep playing, just not as often as I used to.

I got a 200% bonus offer today up to £20. Stuck £20 on and my starting balance was £40.

Am I thick as poop or should it have been £60?

I lost and then stuck another £20 on and took the normal 'dish of the day bonus (100%) and my starting balance was again £40.

nice,!! i didn't receive a red letter for a loong time, even if i loose often these days :) so enjoy it as long as you get them ;-)))

I wonder if these Redletter bonuses are a way for 32Red to win back money from players who've recently been on a winning streak by forcing them to (hopefully) lose it by having to complete a x30 WR.

Here's a rather disappointing story;

Last week I won over 300$. Logged out for an hour, then logged back in again to withdraw. Couldn't withdraw because I recieved a 20$ Redletter bonus. I asked about the bonus on live chat and expressed my dissapointment after they told me about the WR for this bonus. What they didn't bother to tell me was that I could've asked to have this bonus removed if I requested it (I found this out afterwards). They just said "sorry for the bonus". So I proceeded to grind through the WR and in the process lost my 300$ win plus an extra 50$

They gave you a freebie? Hardly deserving of a complaint. The only Red Letter Bonus I ever received was for $10. I'd been playing there for two years. Why didn't you ask them to remove the freebie? Hardly the casino's fault. I didn't have an active balance when I received my Red Letter bonus so I don't think it has anything to do with them "winning money back". However it's been my experience that MG is virtually impossible to win on so it's unfortunate that you lost your winnings :)

I'm sharing a story, not complaining; Everyone's praising these Redletters. I don't think their always benefitial.

Speaking of which their Redletters are never free! It's a x30 WR!. I didn't ask them to remove the freebie because it "appeared" that I'd probably be turned down; The online chat knew I didn't want it (that's why they apolagized for giving it). Obviously in retrospect I should've asked. Live and learn I guess.

I accidentally worded that the wrong way. You are certainly entitled to your own opinion :)

I've always thought this was a spot on promotion.

Free spins/percentage bonus/cashback blah blah blah - boring.

Logging in to find cash in your balance that you didn't put there is always the best.

As you would expect from 32Red, the accompanying email is always personal too - eluding to your favourite slot or most recent activity.

Of course that's not hard to do, but most casino's don't - it really works from a customer satisfaction perspective.

I thought the max bonus amount was always 25$, unless your a club rouge member? It's always been that way for me.

I know its unlikely but perhaps your playing from a country that 32Red has restrictive terms for. Another possibility is that if you play 97%+ slot games and only play with a bonus, then your playing a +EV in the long run and obviously they don't want that.

Thanks MrMark. I might add, that had they added this bonus while my balance was 0$ it would've been warmly welcomed. Statisically it makes no difference in the long run as I'm a regular depositor at 32Red and I always take the bonus when I deposit........However like most gamblers (including yourself I'm sure) I like to cashout after I've hit it big. I was on such a high after winning 300$ and losing 350$ to get through the WR for the Redletter ruined my day!

I wouldn't know what it's like to cash-out. Been a year since my last withdrawal, numerous deposits, I've stopped playing Netent and MG (which is the reason I stopped playing 32 Red). So I can certainly understand what your saying I just haven't experience it :)
