Try to put yourself in this guys shoes for a while.
He playes in a casino he think is great, manage to win some and agree with everyone that this is the best casino there is.

Suddenly he is not getting bonuses, he isn't treated as everyone else, and he don't know why.
He asks and they don't answer.
I would feel the same way. I think you guys are to fast to judge and giving examples and explanations of things that some doesn't even understand.
Everyone hasn't that knowledge whether they want to or not. They maybe can't express themselves either.
Don't assume that everyone should know better.
Also I believe that it's better to try and make them solve the problem for him by giving him his bonuses back or explaining why he won't get any. It's better for the casino and I think it feels better for most if we try to be a little nice

explaination and the posting was pure frustration at all the postings about how fantastic the casino was.

Next time you're fed up with a casino you might turn to them first before you start a complaint. I always do that and I can assure you that I'm not always that easy to please, but I won't look as if I'm complaining a lot. We all have complaints. We just deals with them differently.
Besides when we start a thread we don't know how people will react.

No matter what. There is always useful information that pops up in these kind of threads for us all.
I do hope you will find out the reason why you don't get bonuses even if you won't get them back right away.

To be honest, I find this response rather belittling. This section is for all comments relating to online casinos, whether it be good or bad.

There are numerous other negative threads on the same/similar subject concerning other casinos, but from what is being said here, just because this is 32Red, they appear to be like Julius Caesar - above criticism.

Sorry, but I don't buy that. You can't just cherrypick the casinos which should be criticised, and give a free pass to the rest. The OP has posted a complaint about everyone's favourite casino. You might not want to hear it, but that doesn't mean his experience might not be perfectly valid.

And you shouldn't ascribe ulterior motives to the OP without firm evidence.

Sorry you found my post belittling. I'm not sure how you arrived at that POV, but you're entitled to it. Just like I'm entitled to my view.

I'm trying to find where I'm giving anyone a "free pass"....whatever that is. I've responded in a similar fashion to similar whining about not getting a bonus from many other casinos, both accredited and otherwise.

Contrary to your statement, I actually can "cherry pick" the casinos I criticize. In fact, that's what most people do. It's what the OP did. I didn't see them complain about not getting boni in general, or how a host of other casinos are doing it to them. Just 32Red. Sounds like cherry picking to me.

You will find that, in the "numerous" threads concerning bonus eligibility, I always express the same POV I.e. boni are a privilege and not an entitlement, and if you don't like what is or isn't offered, the suck it up and move on. I certainly wouldn't call thst cherry picking.

I ascribed the only motive that I could see behind a post such as this....and nothing the OP had said since has convinced me there is any other.

The OP didn't get the outcome they wanted (bonus eligibility) dealing privately with the casino, so they took it public to see if that would work. Now, I have no problem with anyone following this path for a legitimate complaint of ill-treatment etc, but I don't class "The nasty casino won't give me any more boni. I've been treated very badly" as a legitimate complaint. My opinion, and I'm entitled to it. You might not want to hear it, but it doesn't mean it isn't perfectly valid.

I've asked the OP to state what they want from the casino, even though it is obvious. The OP has said they merely want a reason for bonus exclusion. Afaik, the casino has responded thrice. We don't know what the emails said, as the OP didn't keep them, which is odd given it is obviously an important issue to them.

I hardly think 32Red would bonus ban someone just for simply taking to many bonuses, bearing in mind they often run promos that guarantee a bonus every day, for argument's sake - a high roller that deposits only when a bonus is available but deposits well over the top of a bonus amount I.e. Bonus is capped at £100 they deposit £2000 every day a bonus is available, couldn't see any casino manager in the right frame of mind BB`g someone like that.

Hell i've had runs of many back to back to bonuses, but still ask for a loyalty points top up if it's close , and tbh get them nigh on every time, I just cannot see 32Red as one of those casino's that BB individuals for the sole reason of to many bonuses per deposits ratio, after all it's how much you deposit there that counts - surely? their over generosity is most definitely one of the key assets of many, that we hold them in such high esteem for .

OP are you sure you haven't made a charge-back lol?, or heaven forbid, called Swansea F.C. a bunch of sheep shaggers .

I'm sure if you've emailed or went on chat and spoke to them in a calm acceptable manner, they would have replied or given you a reason! I've been in touch with 32Red support on many occasion, sometimes to have a moan and other times to get help with technical problems!

I for one have NEVER not had a reply from any of my emails to them! They've always been professional with me, even when I've given them ear ache lol

I would suggest you do what a few people here have suggested and contact the REP and ask him why! I'm sure you will get an answer from them.

This isn't a post to suck up to 32Red,but sometimes I think that the fact they treat everyone fairly makes them an easy target when people start asking or hinting for bonuses.Its pretty poor form.They aren't a charity.


Fair being fair a poor run of form sometimes deserves the odd free chip,but they are a business.I will acknowledge that I had the odd complaint myself on starting out as a gambler but have realised things do level out sooner or later.Never once have I had a bad CS experience at 32Red and the odd time I'm a few points shy of redeeming my loyalty points they will without complaint top them up for me.As for the bonuses,I have had more bonuses than I have eaten hot dinners yet no issues after almost 2 years.


Name me another casino that will do all the above.

It's par for the course my friend , albeit we English are not quite as savage towards the Welsh as we used to be, a prime example here would be over 100 years ago when posting a Welsh regiment to a volatile hot spot (Rorke's Drift) a handful of men defending a base against 50,000 Zulu's, wearing their perfectly camouflaged uniforms against a backdrop of jungle related colours, someone, somewhere, thought the ideal colour for this would be bright red .
