32Red Question: Why are they High Rated?

hello everybody

I've been looking over the forums for the last couple of months and it seems 32Red customer support has a massive reputation, far ahead of other online casinos.

I was wondering what makes their customer support so good?

In general I think a good CS has at least the following features:

- Quick response time (there's an all-in-one site with less than 30 minutes guaranteed response time)
- You get accurate and not contradictive answers
- Polite and patient representative
- Proactive, they send you an email about open issues in advance
- You get the feeling of a personal relationship, not just automated emails

If these points are true for a CS, it is very likely that players are satisfied.

That about sums it all. If only they had a loyalty progam (other than red rouge) like other MG casinos for lower-stakes players.
 
32Red has set the bar far beyond most casino's reach. Play there with confidence man!

Baring in mind I'm a low-roller who admits I only use the monthly $32 bonus to make a few bucks playing slots - I think the above speaks volumes for the 32Red team!

I have not seen a free chip from 32Red, but I had a 200% bonus on 100 as well as the Club Rouge 150 match.

It's a good job MG release all these new games, as the 200% match comes along if I don't play for a few weeks. This month it came before I got around to updating all my MG casinos as I had barely updated for the first lot when the mid-December set of 7 came out and I had to start all over again!

By the time Xmas is done, I will probably be facing yet another update before I get to play properly:mad:

I face a TRIPLE update on my "away" PC down my Mum's place:mad: :mad:

IAll this talk of excellent customer service got me to revisit 32Red but my account was locked because I had forgotton my password this is how the convo went over a 15min period.

KK you must be really special to get a bonus from 32Red I have yet to get over my initial deposit there:( Drives me bananas. I've busted out month after month and now that the monthly match is not really worth it I doubt I will be back.
