Resolved 32red poker software - a joke?

Decided to give 32 red poker a try today after reading all the good reviews the group have here. But what can i say?

When i play poker all i want is a piece og simple and good software, the complete opposite of what 32red poker has to offer. One of the most annoying functions in a poker site i know must be the ones that makes the tables pop up when its your turn to act. As it is very annoying when you are about to fold a 2 7 that the other table you play at suddenly pops up so you fold the AK instead. Not talk about how disturbing it is in general.

I expect no software to have this on by default, but at 32red they do, and when i contact support( a guy who says he dont know what poker is) he tells me its not only by default but also impossible to turn off. Another thing that is pretty annoying at the ads for all kinds of tourneys that also pops up right in your eye. Thankfully its possible to turn those ads off.

So to be completely honest i do advise everyone that wants a nice and quiet session of poker to steer clear of 32red!

Steve, 32reds player support manager checked this with their software provider, and gave me instructions on how to turn the pop-up feature off. I guess the live chat guy i talked to must have had a bad day at work. Steve also gave me a good compensation so i could give the software another shot without the stressing pop-up feature.

One cant complain about such good support by Steve, and i do see why 32red are one of the most recommended groups here!

those are minor issues (IMO) as I really like playing in any microgamming poker sites: 32red, stan james, ladbrokes...games are very soft and have a good fighting chance to make a buck

I agree, very soft games in the low to medium stakes.

I guess I'm just used to the software but I play 8-10 tables at a time, low, low stakes and its my favourite software

My personal rating for 32RED

Software: 3/10 seen worse but not many
Play: No idea, they only let me deposit and then play b4 closing acc cause im Belgian
Live Help: A JOKE. cant help you as you are from Belgium
euh: What about my cash?
Live Help: No clue i will pass it on
euh: 1 week later, still no cash or news

Why would you let someone register an account / verify / deposit / play and decide to close the account the next day after 50+Hrs?

Why not just pay me back?

Overall score: STAY CLEAR & MOVE ON!!!!

You've been told how to get your issues resolved and apparently you've opted to ignore that advice. Don't ignore this: post again about your troubles with 32 Red without first having tried to contact the Rep and your posting rights will be curtailed. You're sailing dangerously close to being a troll about this and around here trolls get big boot prints on their butts as they are escorted out the door. Let me know if you're unclear about any of this.

I don't understand what StefW is complaining about. Are you complaining about 32red poker or their software?

As it has been mentioned already, you are obligated to abide by our policies on posting complaints. You've read them - follow them. If you can't be arsed to follow our policies on posting complaints that were PMd to you on the day you signed up, then I can't be arsed to waste another moment with your childish behavior.
