I asked at 32Red about a withdrawal on Saturday, and that was the reply.

Old Attachment (Invalid)

I checked at the accredited list, and the weekend cash out has been updated at 32Red, but not at the other casinos of the 32Red Plc group.

I also think a more detailed reference would be useful. I would love it if at every accredited casino there was a detailed reference of payout times like that: "9am -5pm GMT Mon - Fri"

there has been a discussion about this over HERE

Personally I think it's the REPs of the accredited casinos and not the players who should be responsible for getting any updates or changes in policy to Bryan. That should be part of the rules of accreditation IMO, imagine how nice and smooth it would be. The rep sends Bryan a message saying, "We've changed something regarding our payouts or our licensing..." and Bryan changes it on the accredited page, then posts a casino change policy post or with a mass PM to everyone. Then everyone would know without things getting buried in million page long threads and for people who don't visit the forum every day who may not have seen the thread where the changes were discussed.

Instead of the way it is a lot of times now where some player starts a thread saying something's changed, then a few other players commenting about the same thing, then someone pointing it out to Bryan, then Bryan going to the rep, then the rep saying, "Oh yeah we changed that 6 months ago." And then a month later someone else comes in and says "I thought casino so-and-so did this?" and then everyone tries to find the thread where the other players first noticed that casino so-and-so no longer does whatever it is.

Sorry this has nothing to do with the OP's post because it was Pat who actually came and posted. But for people who didn't see or read that post, a mass PM about a fairly big policy change might be a good idea anyhow. Or maybe not - all I know is that I'm out of wine.

Thanks for pointing that out Nikantw. I am sure Mr Mesiter will fix that asap. If he still works weekends :D Applies to Nedplay, Golden Lounge and Dash casinos aswell.

Hi all,

Thanks for pointing this out. I had already applied this to their scores, but didn't finish the job.

I wish that casino reps would send their updated info to me. They usually get right to this when it improves their scores. :p

But the unfortunate thing is that there are some many casinos that move people around or hire new people without properly briefing them on keeping me posted. I usually have to remind them periodically to check out their info here to make sure it is current. The summer is a bad time since many people are on vacation.

I find that players are more reliable since they are dealing with the reality of being the consumer. So this is why I encourage members to give me input.

I can't get my head around 32Red making this change, it's massively negative for both the player and IMO their reputation, truly perplexing.

Understandably weird because the reason given is a poorly thought out and executed excuse. I can't say much more because if I do, someone in the support team, will likely lose their job. What I can say, it has nothing to do with UK banks.
