32Red Having tech issues?

Strange days ...

Since I upgraded and got this new PC apart from that one off a couple of weeks back the download client runs like a dream for me. I can now even have screen capture running as well as doing stuff in browser.

Really enjoy my sessions on download more than ever now, unless I'm losing of course!

Well... on your recommendation, I re-downloaded the viper client to give it another go.

The banking page opens and attempts to load, then just gives up and closes. So i had to load up the browser version to deposit and withdraw.

The client crashed a couple of times, and IR locked up a couple of times, leaving the reels just spinning endlessly.

The game play was quite laggy. but that may be due to the client re-downloading the 400+ games that I'm never ever going to play.

So, unfortunately, not a very positive experience :(

Apart from the occasional 'very lengthy spin' (say 1 every 30) it seems to have been good for me all week :confused:

I do agree that the 'auto download' of every single game needs looking into as you say 90% of them we will never play!

I would have maybe thought be now MG would look into a brand new download client.
 
I played last night and the client was buggy as hell. Kept crashing - clunky and as Mr Mincher says ever 1 in 30 or so spins takes an age. It really seems like an outdated messed up bit of kit MG are forcing on players.
And does not do credit to the 32red Brand at all.

How I wish 32red would go multi Platform and browser based. They would see allot more of my play if they did. I just think that Viper has grown into a such an over weight bloated heap of nuts and bolts that they either need to rebuild from the ground up or scrap it and go browser only instead.

Not a rant at 32red as such but Microgaming. But still 32red should move with the times - and not be stuck in the year 2004.

Played this morning with the 100% DOTD, all pretty good, same as Jon, every 30-50 spins there was one taking ages to stop.

Just playing now a little more and it is now like every 2nd or 3rd spins that is taking up to 1min to stop :mad::mad::mad:

Also been kicked around and out a few times in less than 1hr. Always needs than a full restart to get it going again :eek: :eek:

EDIT: started a spin before writing this post and the reels still have not stopped, that is like 5 minutes now :mad: can it get any worse MG???

EDIT2: Finally after 6mins 37secs - connection dropped :what:
 
This is what i got now after being kicked out twice within 2 minutes..... never logs in to my account, that bar just moving around and nothing happens :( :mad:

Heading over to 32 Red in the next half hour or so. Lets hope things are running nicely for me, more so as I'm right at the end of this weeks budget!!

Report back later if any 'biggies' (issues, not wins)

Edit: All good apart from the odd lengthy spin still but no where near as often as it has been.

Pity about the enjoyment factor lol, responsible gaming pop up appeared just as I busted!

without jumping on the band wagon here.....got my payout this morning but will not be playing there until this is sorted out.....had continual errors when loading up the banking pages, kept getting the same message......not responding.....

It really is a shame when you think that 32red have done the hard part in creating a casino so customer focused and will move mountains to help its customers but it falls down on this viper client software.....

I really feel sorry for mark and all the other staff there as they must get bombarded with complaints about this....such a pity.

Friday had a 100% match. I received one on the 6th for 100% on Dash, was no offer when I signed in. Support sorted it for me though, even though it was after the 7th by the time all was looked into and credited.

I also received an 32Red invite for free spins on Dragon Dance... a promo that began on Thursday, was received a few hours ago, and Sunday before I read it. I typically read emails early in my day, which is several hours after the beginning of UK banking hours.

Haven't logged in yet today into 32Red, but the other night the Vegas Race was still showing, a promo that ended on Jan 31st IIRC.

I can understand emails not going out right at midnight, but surely give us at least a dozen hours notice. Your competitors certainly do.
 
A collection of bugs.

1) 20K tournament - occasionally the server stops responding when trying to buy a continue or fails to return a spin result (the reels just keep spinning). Logging off and on does not necessarily clear the problem, it seems to be the tournament server that has briefly locked up. It's back on line an hour or two later though.

2) Occasionally during the tournament there is a one off long lag for a spin result, then a few normal spins, followed by the whole game blanking out with "casino error", but not the usual casino error screen giving a code.

3) Dragon Dance - as with the last attempt at this kind of promo, the first one I claimed was fine, deposited 100 and 250 spins duly credited. The second time though was a farce. Firstly, I had to opt in yet again to even get the promo to show up in banking, and then it was only 100 spins, not the 250, for a deposit of 100. Then, it didn't credit despite showing up in banking after the 100 deposit. I didn't even bother to try again, and now it's Sunday, and only after claiming the DOTD (which worked fine) does the final Dragon Dance promo show up in banking, this time without having to opt in every day, but again only 100 spins, not the 250 mentioned in the original email.

I also had the client just stop responding once today, completely at random.
 
This weekend I'm SO grateful for 32Red's technical issues with the viper client

On friday I deposited £55 and took the 100% DOTD and started playing on IR, after loads of lagging spins and a few crashes I got pissed off with it and changed to TSII, and ended up cashing out £400, after some really nice bonus rounds.

On saturday I reversed £100 and started playing IR again. Same story, lots of lagging spins and after it crashed for the second time, I gave up on it again and switched to JP this time, and after a couple of nice base game wins and one particularly good bonus round, I cashed out another £300.

Had everything been running smoothly, I'd probably have stuck to IR, and not made half as much money :D

Banking sucked tonight! Kept crashing then finally when I got it to load it said I was up to my deposit limit (which I do have in place) only problem I had not even managed to get to the skrill page.
Support could not help saying the deposit was showing as pending there end and they wont be able to sort it until Monday and I cant deposit until its cleared. Even though I know 100% it never went through.

Then trying to close the Viper client down it hung and had to go through task manager to force close (3rd time it has happened this evening)
Gave up in the end and Casumo got my deposit which went through easily without a hitch.

Im amazed a group as big as 32red keep hanging onto this piece of junk software which seems like its on its last legs which gives error after error.
So much easier to go other web based casinos which have most MG games anyway. Which is what I did - with my phantom 32red deposit stuck
in never land until Monday
 
Yeah have to be honest, as much as I love 32 Red and will always 'BIG em UP' Friday's session really pissed me off, the disconnections and laggy spins were unreal, never seen so many.

Lost interest real quick in even trying to rescue my balance after a featureless poor start and ended up 'ultimate low rolling' on Thunderstruck.

Love the games on download, especially the 243 ways, so much smoother but these tech issues basically remove the enjoyment and make the deposit pointless IMO.

Took a 25% one day last week (Tuesday maybe?) and was smooth as a baby's ass so not sure whats causing the issue :confused:
 
Maybe more cost-cutting, and they've switched over to TalkTalk pay-as-you-go broadband :D

LoL I switched to talk talk the other month, had nothing bet trouble, Was told on the 9th that engineer will not be able to come out until the 20th :eek: and I will not have no internet untill than, But ring up in a few days to see if any slots have come available, An hour later internet was on, But keeps cutting out,

I will just switch and cancel my direct debit, I am not getting what I paid for, They must of borrowed some of casino's chat support,

Back to 32, Thats why I rarely play, takes about 3 times to open up the client, Than errors and alot of viper client has stooped working, Once in a game its not to bad but far from perfect, Runs very slow also,

I was with talktalk a while back and to be honest they do have some really decent packages - but god help you if / when something goes wrong. The support really does suck!
In the end I switched back to BT - talktalk were tying to sting me for breaking contract early but told em to basically bring it on! They let it go in the end after BT did the switch over.
At least with BT I have few if any problems with the broad band. Back on track - and nope I am not an affiliate of BT :cool:
 
I have been having issues with 32red for at least 4-5 weeks now.

Continued errors with banking, Slots downloading everytime I play them, even if I go to play the same slot the next day it re-downloads again. the tournaments don't load properly, as it says the game has not downloaded, long boring laggy spins on the majority of slots, (every lag spin seems to be a losing one too :what: )

And all this is if I even get the casino open, probably 65% of the time it keeps playing the start up video and doesn't actually open, sometimes I get as far as signing in then I can't do anything and eventually get a viper client Not Responding message.

TBH I have seen people having the same issues with 32red now for ages, and it never seems to get any better, are they waiting for everyone to get pissed off and go elsewhere? I'm not sure, I doubt it, but I don't see any real reason for the problems to be lasting this long.

32red, please fix this.
 
I had a few issues on 32red lately, depositing 5 euros on a few slots and while loading the game the software crashed (used a slow pentium pc) didnt get 15 from the 3x deposited 5 euros back, usually when this happened in the past i used to receive the funds back on my account on my second login, not this time. I contacted CS and the told me there is no trace of those funds, so I decided to use a recording software for the future. 32 is one of my favorite online casinos and I hope all will work well from now on.
 
besides that I had also issues with making paypal deposits, page failed to load after entering the depositing amount and enter but this was sorted after a week or so.
