Hi,

Just an update for 32Red pending periods. I was speaking to support today regarding an withdrawal and they have changed their pending period to 24 hours. Its not a big deal as they flush straight away when you request, but worth updating as some people may not request their withdrawal to be flushed as it had previously been done automatically in a few hours and be disappointed if their withdrawal is delayed.

From Support:
As of now there is a 24hr pending period before Payments flush the withdrawals, however if you wish for this to be speeded up you can contact us and we can send it to Payments for processing with their next batch.

Thanks
Allie

So not only do they not do weekend withdrawals its now a 24hr pending period as well. Seems weird that at a time when so many new multi platform casinos are opening with super fast cashouts that 32red are slowing right down . Its a good way to start losing customers.

32RED is the casino I most play at but they are starting to be just a average accredit casino and here on Casinomeister review of 32RED says that 32Red surpassed
everyone's expectations year after year....Really??? I don't think so. Yes they are a great trustworthy casino buts that it they really don't stand out like they did in other years and they don't seem to be listening to there players.

I thought that they always had a default 24 hour pending, but could set up a standing autoflush after one hour on request, which is what I have had set up for my account there. I will have to check this out to see if they have removed this option.

It's not removed VWM so it's still one hour. I have that too.

Anyone can chose that if they want so not much change there. Also a couple of their casinos had that time before. Now all of them have.
I hate that they removed the weekend cashouts and I let them know it often. But since they did this they needed to let people be able to reverse a little longer on weekends.
I would love too if there wasn't such an option at all but for people that deposit using cards they ''lose'' the opportunity to reverse when it gets processed. Webwallets can still ask for their money.

I don't like it. I don't approve, but it is the players responsibility to not reverse.

I don't like when someone say that they are an average casino just because of this. They are still the best in my eyes.

Have I said it before Pat? We want the weekend cashouts back :D

I am afraid the one hour then flushing is also over! its now 24 hours for cashout, and only flushed now if requested it by live chat.
ben has also just told me no auto flushing after one hour. I always had my cashins come out of pending after 4 hours, then processed the next morning to neteller.
it wont happen now unless I go on live chat to request my withdrawl to be flushed.

Thanks, that's good to know.

I hate talking to live chat but since it just takes a couple of minutes I think I will be able to do that;)

Hi Guys,

Just to clarify - if you request a withdrawal to be flushed, it will be paid in the next batch regardless of the 24hr pending period.

We process payment batches during UK banking hours, e.g. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

- If you withdraw at 10am on a Monday and request a flush it will be processed on Monday.
- If you withdraw at 10am on a Monday and don't request a flush it will be available to reverse for a minimum of 24hrs before being flushed and processed the next banking day.

I hope that clarifies things. :)

Mark

So the auto flush option has actually been removed? Its not too big a problem as you can still request this from live chat. It does however feel like yet another step backwards from 32Red. That makes two in the last year and no steps forward.

Where as I'm sure we will all agree that 32Red is a great place to play for many reasons, I feel this may be the year that the best online casino award goes elsewhere.

I had mine set to one hour ages ago, and I don't have to keep badgering CS in order to know it will be paid the following day.

Now it seems I will have to badger them every time now, unless I am happy to take a day out of playing there after a nice cashout.

It seems what they have REALLY done is remove all the bespoke options that players could add by request so that they didn't have to bother CS every time they wanted the money as quickly as possible. The players that didn't know about this will not be affected, they were already on the default 24 hour reverse as they hadn't requested anything different. Like the removal of weekend payouts, it's a removal of another extra that only a minority of players will notice has gone. 90% of players deposit with cards, so they would not really notice the loss of weekend processing. It's the same this time, most players will not notice.

It's really the removal of their USPs, and a drift back towards a standardised MGS casino and the "one size fits all" approach. It is what tends to happen when companies grow too large to treat everyone as an individual. It's also an opening for a smaller operator to steal their thunder, one small enough to offer the individual touch and bring in "designer" account options for players that request them.

The one "designer option" I really miss is Casino Action's "process your own Neteller cashin" interface, which meant a pending period related to how quickly you could move a mouse and type. It was granted to verified players, and the transaction limit was dependent upon your VIP level. No casino has ever brought it back, but true "instant processing" is basically the same thing.

Now Ladbrokes have gone 32 red were the only ones who withdrew in a few hours now this has been reduced how long before they get rid of the flush too?

The woman on live help said that at weekends it would be Monday before the withdraw disappeared if it wasn't flushed.

I only just started using 32Red because of their quicker withdraw, as they don't give any bonuses, but if they removed flush I will goto a company who give some kind of bonus or stop using Microgaming.

I am assuming they are trying to catch out those people who get drawn into the reverse, I wish reverse withdraw was made illegal if you withdraw your money you should get it.

As live chat will have more users they will use it as an excuse to remove the flush option to free up live help.

On a separate subject are 32Red under new management because they seem to losing their punter friendliness, you may have seen the fuss they have caused by sponsoring one of Britain's biggest horse races and insisted the name is changed to 32Red Cup from Stewards Cup and when asked for their reaction to the critics they said "Only time will tell if it’s a good or bad decision,” he said. “We wanted to make sure there was the best opportunity for people to be talking about 32Red rather than the Stewards’ Cup.

They are definitely moving away from customer focus and becoming business orientated and profits and promotion come first.

I will hope Casinomeister takes these into account when judging the casino of the year in December.

Have to agree i think it's a bad decision by 32 to change their ways.
It just means mug punters like me can play with pending winnings like i did yesterday but having said that it was after the 24hr period that funds were still in my account and it also said that i could reverse the money to act as a deposit.I thought fine as they have the bonus offers on just now i will reverse a 50 euro and claim a 25 euro bonus.
Of course as this was not a deposit from my bank and a deposit from my 32 account due to change of withdraw rules then it could not be done.
I did ask cs about what is the difference between a deposit from my bank or a deposit from my account. I am told no difference cash wise but casino do not allow this.
Is it my fault they have the wording funds are available to reverse to deposit and is it my fault they have joined the other mg casino's in trying to tempt you to play your winnings.
I think since they started sponsoring Glasgow Rangers 32 have gone nuts.lol
Never been my luckiest casino so not sure if i will bother going back.

As for 32red they have been sponsoring horse races for years this is just the biggest race they have sponsored of yet it has nothing to do with a change of ownership. A s they run a sportsbook it makes sense to sponsor horse races like all the other bookies do as its all advertising. Thebigs as a lifelong rangers supporter id have to agree 32red were nuts to sponsor rangers tho especially with everything that comes with the club.

Ok, so you don't get any bonuses? Almost everyone else does, but just not them that have a history of never play if it's not with a big bonus. If you haven't talked to them yet I suggest you do. They are definately one of the most generous casino when it comes to bonuses.

Why wouldn't they let people flush their cashouts? I think it's silly to suggest that they would stop doing that. No chance.

What a sponsorchip has to do with getting an award from this place I can't see either. I've never made a bet in my whole life on a horse so what do I care.

...and that was me once again defending what still is the best casino in my opinion ;)

1) I asked for a bonus they said no
2) Changing a horse racing name is a big no no in the business it wins you no friends imagine if they said "we will sponsor Grand National but it is to be called the 32red national hunt race"
3) Flushing looses them money as people are drawn into reversing and barely any other Microgaming casino flushes for this reason.
4) In the statement they clearly state we want people to talk about 32 red not the stewards cup therefore like you they have no concept of the traditions in horse racing and that puts them into the same bracker as when Sports Direct renamed Newcastle Utd and ignored the fans.

They are clearly moving away from customers focus onto profit.

I still don't care about horse races, and neither will Bryan when it comes to awards here.

They won't change the flushing and that is something I can assure a 100%. You can believe what you want. To get people to reverse was not the reason for the change, but I don't think you will believe that either.

To me you just seems angry because you don't get any bonuses. Either you continue to play there anyway or you just move on.
Good luck with whatever you do :)

I am not angry, I used 32Red for the quick withdraw, which has been removed.

What was the reason for the change?

Why can't they let people withdraw their winnings straight away?

I used ladbrokes mainly for the instant withdraw and Lucky Nugget/Royal Vegas for bonuses I only started using 32Red a few weeks ago as a replacement for Ladbrokes as they were the fastest withdraw casino.

That's the thing...there isn't any change now at all:)

If you use an ewallet or a card doesn't matter. The difference is that you need to ask support to get your cashout flushed. That will take you a couple of minutes.

The reason for the the weekend cashouts stopped last year and why they changed the reverse time can be found in all the latest threads, and probably in the beginning of this one too;)

I am anti reverse withdraw as you wouldn't go into a high street casino and win and the machine say "You will be paid in 24 hours" imagine the fuss so why should online casinos be allowed to hold what is YOUR money and dictate.

As for going to live help it took three attempts last night (crashed twice) and a wait, which again is not customer friendly.

Well before you had to wait at least 4 hours before it disappeared anyway, so that's the time you now had to do the flushing anyway.
Besides that, you have always been able to reverse if just asked cs so that hasn't changed either.

You're not being resonable here.

One example, from today, how uncomplicated it is to flush @ 32 Red, this one is @ Nedplay:

But why can't you just press a button, why when you press withdraw doesn't it just flush all this contacting live help for something that should be done on the touch of a button.

I can assure you that all of us do want to get our cash immediately.
But since that isn't possible or what we are offered then some people want to be able to reverse.
If you can't stop yourself from reversing then you're free to play where you can't do that.

Fair Play

Have to agree i think it's a bad decision by 32 to change their ways.

I have to say fair play to Jonathan from 32 Red for contacting me by pm.I did not contact him so good on him for getting in touch with my small issue.
He was also very generous with a great gesture of a bonus so thanks so much.
