Flushing Correction 32Red Flushing times

They are still absolutely awesome: ESPECIALLY customer support.

My experience is: If you flush, nothing has changed. When you flush to Skrill on Tuesday evening, you will have your money on wednesday morning.

We could have another discussion why one of the best online casinos doesn't try faster withdrawals, but that's another story... Still one of favorite places to play!!

But why can't you just press a button, why when you press withdraw doesn't it just flush all this contacting live help for something that should be done on the touch of a button.

Have often wondered this myself, would save time as recently the chat has 'timed out' on a few occasions and it gets frustrating.

Have also noticed that some cs ask for the account no as above, along with the email address/DOB but yet some don't and are able to just flush without asking for any details.

How bad it seem to sound it actually are them who wants to be able to reverse. I've done it a few times myself if I didn't want to wait to the next day to play again. My choice. I do have it set for one hour only so for me it's no big deal.
I'm sure if you ask nice they'll do it for you too :)

I got angry the other day when I ask them to top my comps. They started with Hi Sara...and when I asked my question I first had to give them my accountnr.
I just left since I had no patience that day:oops:
If anyone uses my computer, I'm sure they won't log in at 32Red just to play for $10 :p

I do understand why they ask though, but still sometimes it's too much ;)

Is the one hour until it is flushed still available? I thought I had read somewhere here that was no longer done, and I've been going in to ask recently for a flush, something I didn't feel much need for when I only had an hour reversal available anyway.

That was VWM that said and he talk a lot as we all know:)

If you had it before then you have it now.
They are nice guys so I'm sure others who are scared of talking to livechatt or think it's a huge problem also can ask for it.
I might should add that asking for it in chatt is not a good idea, but the reps in here, or email.

No more flushing on 32red. Went to livechat to ask for flush my withdraw and here is the answer I got:

Howard: Hi
Howard: I'm afraid that we don't offer the facility to flush withdrawals any longer
Howard: the withdrawal will remain in it's pending state for 24 hours before being flushed automatically at that point for processing
Howard: it then gets processed that day, as long as it's a business day
Me: Are you serious?
Howard: yes
Me: Since when have you changed that you do not flush withdraws?
Howard: since yesterday. the flush facility was never actually an 'official' thing that we offered
Howard: but the management have taken a business decision with regards to flushing
Howard: and we don't have the facility any longer

It has been discussed a lot in this thread-

Stephen: hi there, I am afraid we are no longer available flush cash ins for players. Once you have requested a withdrawal, it will show as pending until processed, usually around 24hrs after the request during UK banking hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Withdrawal requests outside of UK banking hours will show as pending until the next banking day.

Got this also today.

This was my last deposit at 32red, after playing there for many years.
ill be closing my account after this.
There are now many casinos out there that has instant cashouts, great promos and great support

Well, it's not something they have ever needed in a decade or more of operation, till this Summer.

Did it not occur to them that when they implemented this 24 hour pending, there would be a sudden explosion in demand for the manual flushing?

The fact that so many players started contacting CS for the "unofficial flush" should have told them that players did not see the change as the "improvement" they spun it as.

They also had the option of setting an automatic flush on request so that players did not have to constantly badger CS for a manual flush. It seems this too is "unofficial", and players who request it in response to the loss of manual flushing are now being told that this too is "impossible".

It seems most of the other UK facing (non download) casinos have moved to faster payments that was ever the case with 32Red, even in the "good old days".

There seems to be some odd factor that makes it impossible for a download casino operator to offer fast payments, yet for the non download casinos it's a breeze, implemented right from the outset.

Unfortunately, 32Red now show a pattern, a negative change for players every 2 to 3 months since the initial removal of weekend processing. They seem to be taking another slice out of the service once they have seen whether the previous slice has had a substantial negative effect on the bottom line. Clearly, despite the discontent, it hasn't yet, so it's time for another small slice.

The question is what's next to be hit if despite this latest move, few players actually desert 32Red for the competition. It seems that they are trying to avoid making substantial cuts to the bonuses and promotions, perhaps thinking that if they keep them up, most players will put up with a slice by slice reduction of other aspects of the service. However, the Autumn also saw the mass ejections from Club Rouge, which of course means a drastic cut in bonuses for those players affected, on top of all the other negative changes. It seems that these are the players who are saying "this is the last straw" and looking around at the alternatives.

I have yet to be ejected from Club Rouge, but some who have been seen to be giving 32Red more action than I have been recently (£150K of deposits in a year for example). I am also so far ahead at 32Red that they really don't stand a chance of winning it all back:p I am set to get even further ahead with this recent idea of the 10K and 999 continues tournaments that have become a regular part of seasonal promotions.

The latest change is not yet enough to make me desert 32Red, but if I am ejected from Club Rouge, my play is likely to drop to mostly playing the tournaments with 999 continues, plus a regular crack at the Monthly Monster.

The one thing that might push me out would be the total removal of Neteller as a banking option. This would render me unable, rather than unwilling, to make substantial and regular deposits, due to throttling of transaction volume by the bank "in order to protect me from fraud" as they say.
