So I clicked the link and saw the t and c’s which shows a £32 bonus per £20 on first deposit up to a maximum of £160 bonus .

So by my reckoning that is a bonus of £160 with a first deposit of £100.

So 160% I think ?

How do they calculate the 320% deposit bonus then ?

Is my maths wrong or the email ?

Perhaps the link in the email is wrong. I've always found live chat at 32Red great, they won best support team many years here. I'd ask them. The email offer might be enhanced and you were linked to general terms.

They may ask you to forward the email, they are pretty good at honouring things an affiliate may have sent that's out of date or such.

Although it's quite a few years since I joined 32Red, I'm pretty sure it was £32 bonus per £10 upto a maximum of £160 bonus, when I joined.

So either they've change the 'per £10' to 'per £20' so the 320% is a mistake.
or the 'per £20' should actually be 'per £10'

Thanks , will contact chat and see what they come back with.

If it is really 320% then they might get a new customer !

Ok just contacted live chat and it is actually £32 bonus per £10 deposited, so actually 320%.

Did let them know the t&c didn’t reflect that offer.

Hi Spikie,

I hope you are well.

I see from your profile that you are in the UK, so the £32 for every £10 should apply. Our offer for non-UK customers is £32 for every £20.

Could it be that you're not in the UK at the moment? It's either that or our geotargeting has gone wonky. :)

Regards
Mark
