32Red e-mails bounce for a week and monthly couldn't be credited

32Red seems to have some problems with their e-mail system. All my e-mails to 32red have bounced for a week now. They sent a questionnaire from promotions@32red.com and I replied it about a week ago - I keep getting it back.

Also I tried to claim the monthly today but the CS representative told me that their system was down for the moment. I tried twice.

I hope they get all up and running soon. :thumbsup:

32Red have had problems in the past with their ISP, which have caused problems for players trying to access the casino server. No doubt, such problems affect pretty much everything in Gibraltar, including the support.
