32Red e-mails bounce for a week and monthly couldn't be credited

    32Red seems to have some problems with their e-mail system. All my e-mails to 32red have bounced for a week now. They sent a questionnaire from This email is not visible to you. and I replied it about a week ago - I keep getting it back.

    Also I tried to claim the monthly today but the CS representative told me that their system was down for the moment. I tried twice.

    I hope they get all up and running soon. :thumbsup:

    I claimed my monthly tonight (about 19:30pm GMT) - the bonus was in my account within literally 2-3 minutes, and the confirmation e-mail arrived 7-minutes after I sent mine to them! :thumbsup:

    Thanks for the info. I will try to get the monthly credited also today.

    Received this 3 days ago. Original date was 27th Feb, I guess this one is in a loop and keeps bouncing every 2-3 days.

    32Red have had problems in the past with their ISP, which have caused problems for players trying to access the casino server. No doubt, such problems affect pretty much everything in Gibraltar, including the support.
