32Red don't need any new players?

Thanks to everyone for their views on the new Monthly Match structure. It was with some reluctance that we increased the betting requirements for this bonus and we have to take it on the chin that the change is not popular with some players. However, we do not believe that we have made the Monthly Match an unattractive offer and I would like to put the following to the Forum:

as Vinylweatherman points out the overall offer is still reasonable
we do not carry over any wagering from one month to the other, unlike many other casinos
there are very few games restrictions, again unlike many other operators
we have increased the cash value of the bonus some 56% since the turn of the year, but only increased the betting requirements by 33%

I would like to add that, whilst high rollers are always very welcome, 32Red is not pitching itself towards that group of players exclusively. We aim to deliver on player support, reliability and trustworthiness for all our players new and old, high and low spending alike. I think it is interesting that in the offline world very often a premium product comes with a premium price. However, as an Internet-based casino specialist we can (and we try our utmost to) offer a premium service to all our customers irrespective of their spending profile.

Given my time again we would have made more of the changes to the Monthly Match and that point, made particularly by Slotster, is very much taken on board.

As ever, we are grateful to the Forum Members for their views and feedback. You have made us step back and consider where we are and what we are doing; the viewpoint of the player has always been critical to how we do things at 32Red.

As a sweetener, is it possible for 32 RED to offer monthly consecutive match bonuses with decreasing WRs. So if its a 40x WR for the first monthly match bonus this can be reduced to 30x for the 2nd one and even 20X for the 3rd one. This way,you can cater to more of your loyal players without them groaning too much,I would say.

I was gonna ask if the % increase in the WR was the same as the $ increase.... Thanks Ed for clearing that up.

As for bonuses, I dont care much for them, ill take them when offered but thats it. As 32's is not an automatic bonus I usually deposit and play, if I lose I go to live support and ask for the bonus if I win I just cash out and forget the bonus. You can still deposit on another day and take the bonus, you dont have to take it on the first of the month every month. IMHO The Club Rouge bonus is better than Inters (and I LOVE Inter) because of its size and the fact its not forced on you.

After seeing some of the comments regarding 32 Red's monthly match, just wanted to throw in my two cents on this issue. I am by no means a high roller but started playing at 32 Red the last 4 months. Each time I have requested the monthly match they have been generous enough to provide it. Maybe I have just been fortunate, but 3 out of the 4 times I have managed to meet the WR and cash out. Most of the time I end up making additional deposits, but hey I am able to meet the requirements and take advantage of the bonus offer. I have also found the service at 32 Red exceptional and they have always processed my cash outs in a timely fashion. Yes, I do make additional wagers throughout the month with this casino and win a few, loose a few. I have has some fortunate hits recently with Harvey's and will continue to request the monthly match and most likely continue playing on this slot in the future. Just wanted everyone to know there are some "regular players" that are able to meet the bonus requirements.
