Not been offered any DOTD promotions for three days now.Has anyone else had the same problem,it is either that or for some reason I have been bonus banned. If so I thought I would have least had an email telling me so but nothing has arrived.

They did stop them for a few days at the start of the year, but they are back now (for me at least).

Had it confirmed by Mark that I have been bonus banned.Whilst I respect the right of any casino to impose such a ban,it is disappointing that I had to find out via a post on CM rather than being contacted directly by 32Red.

In a way you're right that there maybe should be a warning first. I do believe they don't expect everyone to ask through a post on CM though but that the player maybe will ask them directly :)

I guess there will be more of that too. Some people maybe just play there when it's a 100% or a 50% bonus and never makes a straight deposit at all.
I just hope they understand the reason then and don't get angry.

are you by any chance in profit lifetime at 32red group? then if only using their bonuses + luck factor has given you that profitability thus they want to curb that kind of AP/success. Thus a player bonus banned is left to only use their own money to try beat that 96% RTP of slots. And players such as Rolastan for example, had he not been able to use bonuses then most likely would not be in profit on DOA lifetime.

I don't get why it matters if a player only take certain bonuses. The player is still a favorite to lose the money and are doing the casino a favor by depositing.

    Or?

yes they are favourite to lose but if by some chance they don't lose and their lifetime record indicates they are in profit, then the casino will be able to point at the fact that the player used those juicy 50% or higher bonuses to achieve that profitability success. Take those away and the player will quickly fall into lifetime loss category unless some freak large wins/jackpot puts them way ahead.

To get a 100% bonus at 30x bonus wagering is for me a really good bonus...for the player.

Compare them with RTG's 30x bonus + deposit, or even higher that many have.
They give out a lot of bonuses, all to that low wagering. I'm pretty sure it's not for free so I guess they want the players to risk their own money too since they are risking theirs.
I wouldn't want to be out of those bonuses. They are so rare.

I had two 100 % bonuses in my inbox yesterday with 25x bonus WR. Betsafe was one of them which was a surprise since they haven't sent out bonuses in a long time.

Not trying to bash 32red, I think their bonuses are among the best and i'm glad that i'm losing so I can still claim them. ;)

Well I have been playing at 32Red for about two years. Not sure if overall I am in debit or credit but there would not be much in it either way. However my last two deposits with a 50% bonus have resulted in a net profit of circa £800 so that has probably influenced their decision.I hold my hands up to only depositing lately when only 50% or 100% bonuses have been on offer although I have made straight deposits in the past.

    I thought so :)
I guess they told you also that if you continue to play there you will get the bonuses back?

I always makes sure I do both kind of deposits. Sometimes it feels better too to play not being forced to have any wagering.
I checked yesterday and I was actually up over $3500 the last 4 months of playing, and I still have my bonuses.
So winning is not the only reason I know that.

Mark did say that if I continued to deposit then HOPEFULLY the bonuses may be re-instated in the future but there was no indications of the amounts or time frame.Obviously he is just the messenger and the actual decision would be taken by those higher up the food chain.I generally only do deposit anywhere when a bonus is on offer and would be interested to hear the experiences of other forum members who tend to do the same.

This would be what caused this, rather than the recent £800 profit. 32Red are not known for bonus banning players just for being ahead, it's HOW they get ahead that matters. They probably have in mind a figure for the amount of bonuses a player should get for their deposits, and by taking only 50% and 100% boni you will exceed this.

I have noticed that Dish of the Day adapts to recent deposit history. When I have shovelled in deposits for one of those 999 continue tournaments, I have noticed that Dish of the Day starts firing off "deposit £500, get £250". I believe this is a demonstration of the offers adapting to a four figure sum being deposited outside of bonus offers for chasing down the 999 continues.

The fact that I am ahead by some £100,000 over the life of my 32Red account is compelling evidence that one does not get bonus banned simply for winning.

I also feel that when Dish of the Day starts offering the 10% bonuses (£200 for £20), it's a sign that it is trying to bring down the bonus/deposit ratio, and ignoring these, but still going for the occasional 100% or 50% will eventually cause it to adapt by disabling the promotion completely.

I will usually take the £200 for £20 so as to avoid the next step of getting bonus banned altogether.

Where I am pleasantly surprised is that I have not (yet) fallen victim to the Club Rouge purges, although the Daily Deal was switched off at the end of last year on my Dash account.

I was purged from Club Rouge at the start of the year. I play the slots quite a bit obviously and made regular non bonus deposits including multiple daily deposits when chasing a loss. Will still play in the slotsmeister tourneys and perhaps one day be invited back to Club Rouge.

The 32red 30x WR, while lower than many is still an EV- proposition for the player. Depositing £100, getting 100 extra would give you a 3k WR x 4% house edge on slots = £120 lost from your £200 starting point. You would expect on average to have £80 left having met WR, thus already have lost £20 of you own funds deposited.
Most depositors wouldn't cash-out a loss on their deposit and carry on playing until a decent win or a bust.

I think their issue revolves around the fact that it's paid in £10 increments and the player can w/d any time if not having dipped into it.

Instead of selectively banning players, the simple answer would be to raise WR in line with other MG sites, to 35%.

Really???? I wasn't aware of that. I'd have cashed out SOOOO much more from 32Red, had i known. But I've always completed the WR, or at least attempted to. Because I thought you had to

Simples... Any online casino is well within their rights to bonus ban you, and you are well within you're rights to spend money somewhere else ;)

I would also agree that being in profit is not the reason for being bonus banned.

After back to back cashouts in the final week of 2014 (£200 dep'd, £1450 w/d - which put me back in profit at 32Red on its own and also across the whole group), I continued to get the DOTD. In the past (when I didn't play anywhere near as regularly as I do now), I have been guilty of only ever taking the £50 dep, £50 free DOTD.

For the record, I ALWAYS take a bonus at 32Red. When I choose not to take a bonus, it's usually done at one of the other three casinos in the group. I have yet to get bonus banned at any of the four, so I must be doing something right.

But then again, I have in recent months started to take the odd punt on the £100 dep, £25 free and even the £200 dep, £20 free DOTD on occasion. Maybe that's why I have avoided a bonus ban.

Now if the OP had been talking about Casino Rewards Group, then that's an entirely different kettle of fish. Because they have
bonus banned me three times and all of the bans kicked in the moment I made a withdrawal request that put me back in lifetime
profit across the whole group. On the most recent occasion, the ban was already in place while the "ban-triggering withdrawal"
    was still REVERSIBLE!.
