Interesting.... I had the same problems with 32 Red Casino

as everyone else seems to be having. I thought it was my internet connection or something. In the end I got so fed up with it cutting out on me, or the reels going nutty - I uninstalled it. It was just too frustrating and time consuming.

This happens to me all the time @ 32red. Mighty irritating! I had another terrible glitch the other day aswell, first i ever saw (wont give away any details) But Jonathan handled it in the most professional way.

And yeah...where can i sign up to the mail list that? The one that Nate is on, telling me when to play Santas Wild Ride. J/k

I had this problem in a major way a couple of months back...but it seemed that it was fixed, or so I thought. I played today/tonight, and it was irritating as hell. Lost count of how many times I got disconnected, and booted back to the lobby. Speaking only for myself, all was fine until this last update. I don't play at any other MG casino, so can't say if this problem is restricted to 32Red, or if it's a software issue. Really annoying though....hope they can come up with a solution.

Just great!!! deposited at 32red today to try new game Immortal Romance, been doing very well, hit 5 of kind 4 times, with wins of 10$,15$ and 18$ with only 0,30 and 0,60 bets.

Then now when around 35$, it looked like i had hit the random wild feature, wheels was spinning like just before it activates like in TS2.

But bing we have an casino error.........To say it out loud sorry and excuse my french, im pissed off!!!!

I never get this problem with other microgaming casinos...

Bet there wont be a feature waiting for me now will there lol.

Have been trying several times now, just keeps giving me we have an casino error Though finally my time was up for some nice luck and nice play time with 32Red guess not....

Managed to connect again, but wont let me get into Immortal Romance Game, keeps starting Eagle Wings, so I though ok lets give it a go.

OK, they just told me on live chat that they know what the issue is and the TECH team are fixing it now, should only be another 10-20 minutes they said.

looks like a bug or something after there recent upgrade today, fingers crossed we are good to go soon.

Trust me working in the Industry you will get this from time to time. When an upgrade happens you WONT know if there is going to be issues until you come back online or a customer tells you, they are onto it right now anyway and said about 10-20 minutes so lets see.

Yes but for a casino like 32Red I am just surprised that their errors has not been fixed proper. They have had them for long time. And I have not seen these errors at any of the many other microgaming casinos. Just look at this thread how many complaining about it.
Lets hope they get these issues proper sorted.

I thought Mark told us this upgrade had already been done, and that the problems had been fixed.

Does this mean that the Immortal Romance update has been patched TWICE already

I have had a whole stack of MGS errors this morning, but oddly enough 32Red was the only casino NOT to crash out on my PC.

Royal Vegas froze "not responding" during login, and VIP Lounge disconnected from a game, and it took three attempts to get back in.

I also noticed a message saying "tournaments suspended until 10am", so it looks like this was an MGS wide issue, and something to do with the tournaments.

Could they have FINALLY fixed the infernal LAG?

PS (I doubt it, proof coming later).
