Hey all,

Is anyone out there members of 32 Red's Club Rouge and does anyone have a rough idea of what the requirements are to become a member? Seems to be a secret sect by invitation only and they won't disclose what you need to do to join.

Looking to try to get membership so I can get loyalty points on my wagering there. Have deposited over 2k this month so far (withdrawn a wee bit above this so not just a crazy gambler!) and must have a turnover well in excess of 10k.

Sent polite email asking if I was eligible for membership, they sent a polite email back saying no but credited my account with 32 for asking! Might ask on a daily basis and see if they continue giving me credits!!!

Many thanks if anyone can shed any light on this one...

it s not a mystery, they dont have conditions in numbers and facts- they look, how you are depositing, gambling and so on.
If you feel, you have deserved, just send them an email.
I have done so after some months (6 or 7), in which i had deposited 2,5k (each) and it was promptly accepted.

Well, I asked more than a month ago. They replied apologetically last week that I wasnt eligible although they will continue to review my account. I didnt get the $32 though.

Quick update to thank 32Red rep on forum Pat for a very speedy response to my post. He picked up on this thread without prompting, looked into my account and came back to me with a more detailed explanation of my account's standing with them (think you're wasting your time KasinoKing ).

Once again another example of the excellent customer support from 32Red.

The "hype", as you put it, has NOTHING to do with bonuses given out, nor does it have to do with winning every time you deposit. What it does have to do with is top notch customer service, fast hassle-free cashouts, access to top level management at all times and straightforward bonus terms that weren't written to deliberately trip you up.

It should provide for an interesting year Cheeky!! It's worth noting that most of the top level senior staff at 32Red, have all worked for Ladbroke's at one time or another.

There's no doubt that Ed, Pat and all the staff at 32Red are going to have to keep on their toes to make it five. They've maintained a level of service that's above industry standard for four years now, and that is no easy feat. And don't forget, when they started, they had only 32Red to worry about. They now have Dash, BetDirect and the Poker Room as well. The people who run them are only human after all, and can't be expected to be perfect all the time. But I've said it before, they are about as close as you will find on the internet.

There are - of course - other casinos, which are absolutely ok. 32red has competitors, and as a player i want them to have strong competitors, for that is a good motif for them not to lean back and rest.

Bullshit! Show me a casino that'll drop 200-300 in your lap for depositing a mere 1,000 over a weeks time? I've always spent that much in a week (at least) without getting anything back from almost every casino EXCEPT 32Red. Intertops gave me 10 dollars for depositing around a grand in a week, and UK Casino club gave me nothing for depositing 5k in one day. Just two examples that come to mind. Colosseum Casino is a place where I spent thousands and thousands in the past without anything back from them also.

Roxy have given me no frills bonuses ranging from $60-100ish after I've done about $1k with them. Not too bad I suppose.

You don't have to play long at a Grand Prive casino before they slot you into the 20% cashback on weekly deposits. Noone wants to loose, but in weeks where you do it's nice to see the cashback hit the account every Monday.

No, no, no....why do I always get misquoted. I meant that people who play there don't win all the time. You don't win all the time at any casino, and if you say you do you're lying (well, except maybe KK). 32Red players play there NOT because they win every time, NOT for bonuses..but for the reasons I stated - cs, management attention, fast payouts, etc.

Colosseum is different. They keep giving you $15 ND if you HAVENT deposited at the casino for a couple of months. Once you do, they stop giving you the free chips.
