Needless It's quicker and easier to be able to claim an instant bonus by entering a code. There should be almost no need to ever contact CS at an on-line casino - hence the only way of getting a widespread reputation for good CS is to force people to use it & then make it quick. Kudos to 32Red for cleverly playing with people's perceptions, but it's the same sort of kudos I'd give to a car salesman who's expert in making his clients happy to pay the same or more for a car as they would at another dealer.Slotster! said:Define 'unnecessarily'.
