Every time I've had communication with him, Ed has been very helpful and professional. Also, he has always been quick to reply and much better than ANY casino personnel I've had to deal with.

Heh hee! Check out the winning screenshots thread! I've hit lots of nice wins there!! I've naturally lost more there too, but that's just because it's by far the place I play the most! (Almost exclusively nowadays in MG terms). You can't say enough good things about 32RED. Thoroughly well deserved accolade (again!), and always exceeding your expectations.

Just wish January would hurry up and get finished so I can claim my nice big monthly match and go slots crazy

An update because I believe that too often good credit and praise isn't given as often as it should ...

I was lucky enough to actually win some money this time off 32Red's 100% bonus and then again after playing some slots, VP and BJ with what I left in there. Two withdrawals, on different days over the weekend, showed up in my NETeller today. No fuss, no muss ... everything I've heard about them is true.

You definitely can't. You can only have EITHER the 32 or the 132.. I seem to remember the terms and conditions use the term "mutually exclusive".

For the first time I decided not to use the 132 Monthly bonus on slots and cashed out 451, after some VP and BJ. The WR is more than reasonable.
Difficoult to think about a better bonus around.

Super-helpful customer support at 32red, as I signed up and played for the first time. Sounds like Ed Ware is a great guy too. If I was super rich and just wanted to be treated nicely by a casino I think this is where I'd play.

However, I actually would like to get an enjoyable and realistic game of blackjack when I play casinos. Hence, I'll not be playing at 32red again. I've never had such a ridiculous game as I just had here. As I understood it, doubling down is supposed to lower the house edge - not if you lose more than you win. Crazy cards throughout.

I have taken a month off from casinos and the forum (bored!) but was tempted back by 32red offering me a special "come back and play" bonus as well as the normal match and Easter bonuses. Just proves I am sucker for easy money!

I did very well out of these bonuses playing blackjack including a fair amount of autoplay.
