Bonus Complaint 32red bonus problem

Got a little problem with 32red "32Red Casinomeister Awards - 3 Great Awards...3 Great Bonuses"

I received an email invite telling me there are 3 great bonuses available. I claimed the first one without any problem. This morning I claim the 3rd one and it doesn't work. I contact support and they told me I wasn't invited :confused:

They said they have send separate invites and I wasn't invited for the 3rd one.

Couple of things wrong: I never received a separate invite for the 1st one (didn't claim the 2rd and didn't received an email either) and the first email clearly says I have 3 great bonuses available.


Has someone received an invite email for the 32Red Casinomeister Awards and 3 separate email invites afterwards?

I only got the first one, no invites and received the first ok...

If you got the first email detailing the bonus, you were invited, PERIOD. The first email was an invite to all three bonuses, not just the first.

The other emails are not necessary, but are "reminders" because this is a staged bonus.

There ARE a couple of rules other than this that could cause the claim to fail.

Mainly, WR on a previous bonus must be completed BEFORE another bonus can be claimed, or the balance must have been fully "zeroed out". The system does not allow "stacking" of bonuses on top of each other, and WILL deny a claim if this is detected.

Secondly, you must NOT play BEFORE claiming a bonus on a deposit. If you do, you CANNOT claim the bonus on that deposit, but must make a fresh qualifying deposit, and not play on it.

Lastly, there are minimum deposit amounts below which the bonuses are not valid.

1) Contact the main rep Mark (who manages casinomeister specials for 32Red, and is the main player rep for the forum).

2) Unsatisfied? Then PAB

3) Still pissed, eCogra.

I've claimed the first two (Club Rogue), but when I went to deposit today the page is marked as Offer Expired. I'm trying to contact LiveHelp, but there seems to be a delay.

They have changed the page so that the latest one is at the top, and the expired pair below, but it is still active, and will be until the 24th.

I have already claimed this successfully on the 18th.

Below are the terms, and I have highlighted ones that might cause problems.

1.The Casinomeister Awards Bonuses are only available to real money players invited by email.
2.These promotions are available between 00:01 (UK Time) on Friday 28th January and 23:59 on Thursday 24th February.
3.The offers are valid for the casino only. In addition, the bonuses cannot be transferred to a player's bingo or poker account, and may not be used for casino games at the Poker Room.
4.Players must claim and receive their bonus before they start playing with their deposit. Requests for the bonus once players have started playing their deposit will be rejected.
5.Each offer requires a seperate deposit. Wagering must be complete from one bonus before the next bonus can be claimed.
6.The bonuses will be credited to a player's Bonus Balance and are subject to our bonus terms and playthrough requirements before being withdrawn. Click here for details.
7.This promotion is restricted to one of each offer per player per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
8.The deposit bonuses are to be used during the promotional period that they are awarded. 32Red reserves the right to remove unused bonuses if the promotion's terms are not fulfilled within this period.
9.The casino may, at their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in this promotion, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users. No correspondence will be entered into. 32Red's decision will be considered final in the event of a dispute.

Since it is still showing, the problem is NOT down to rule 10.

Thanks Vinyl, my bad for not looking closely enough. I did get through to telephone support, and my bonus was credited manually. Apparently LiveChat was just remarking how quiet it was for a Saturday night, and I was the second person to report a problem reaching them.

So if you can't reach LiveChat, telephone support is up and running just fine.

I am a little bit annoyed here. 32 Red are the best, they really are but they never invite me to anything (I really dont know why, had an account there for years and years and never won anything but still). Anyway thats up to them but tonight I logged in to play and wow a pop up that clearly says Make a deposit and claim your bonus for casinomeister awards celebration. Wow I think awesome. I go on live chat to treble check its ok since 32red never invite me to anything and live chat says im not invited cos I didnt get the email (I didnt). Ho hum fair enough but then DONT SHOVE A POPUP IN MY FACE SAYING DEPOSIT AND GET A BONUS WHEN I LOG IN THEN!!

This is a good point. Other casinos have found a way to present a tailored lobby so that players ONLY see offers that are available to them.

Many players may asume that the lack of an email just means their spam filters or ISP blocked it because it came from a casino, and take the pop-up alone as the invitation.

Now, the OP DID receive the email, as did I, and it is CLEARLY an invitation to ALL THREE STAGES of the bonus, so should be honoured as such.

If this player was about to be dropped from the invite list, it should have been done BEFORE the Febrary bonus was released, or left until AFTER the last stage expired, with the OP not receiving the email for April.

Sending an email, and then reneging on the deal as advertised in said email, is NOT something I would have expected from 32Red.

Also received the one email and claimed all three bonuses successfully= sounds like there is some confusion in the support staff ranks
