32red bonus issue

Im not sure if this is the case for every platform or every user but there seems to be an issue with the bonus system at 32red. I've had this issue in the past and brought it up to 32red's attention but it seems as though it still an ongoing issue.

I deposited $125 and claimed 50% match. I had some amazing winnings and went to my account to see how much more i needed to wager. It was decreased from $60 to $48. Went on to different games and played for some more with more winnings... Kept going up and down. Went to check the bonus balance again, it showed $48 still. I carried on playing thinking i still had $48 bonus balance to wager. Long story short, when i only had $.90 left, i thought to myself what if the bonus system is once again is broken? Went to my account and it showed $.90 bonus. Logged off from the app, logged back on, showed $.90 cash.
Guys, Please please check your bonus balance by logging off and logging back on to show the true bonus. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. With most recent one had 100% to wager, won 3k and since it kept showing a bonus balance, i kept playing to meet the wr.

That is certainly not good, I have not deposit there in a while due to the fact the down load is slow, Tourney errors, 5 years ago the site would of been acceptable but its now old and out dated, It needs a massive revamp along with browser (instant) play, Seems there stuck in 60's

You can check your cash/bonus balance easily by hovering your mouse pointer over the chips value in the bottom left corner of the casino lobby. It will show something like:

REAL MONEY

Balance (CAD) xxx.xx
Bonus xx.xx
Total Credits xxx.xx

When you do the above the software is set-up to pull the latest values for cash and bonus balances.

However, had it a few times happening at 32RED that i would claim, let's say, a 50 chips bonus and after plenty of wagering it would suddenly show that i have 80 or more bonus chips in my balance where i was expecting the amount to be 20 or max. 30. Never got a clear answer to why that can happen and there was nothing they could do about it. I always had to wager whatever it was showing, not nice to say the least.

I agree, the download versions need a revamp, especially the 4 32RED casino lobbies are an absolute disgrace ....when you think what you can do nowadays with a few lines of code. However, i still prefer the download version for quite a few reasons:

- fast slot loading - done in a few seconds, browser based can take a long time.
- fast spinning - appr. 750 spins/hour, quick spin appr. 1200-1400 spins/hour depending on slot, browser based slots appr. 500-550 spins/minute (don't know the value for quickspin on browser)
- check game stats - very easy and convenient at the bottom of the slot window
- easier play and transaction check
- full screen mode - i can have the slot over my complete laptop screen, i like that
- free spins - on browser based i cannot use "Autospin" for free spins
- welcome lobby shows immediately all information i need (not for 32RED group) but check out e.g. the one from Royal Vegas - promos, loyalty all info right when you start the software.

i have had this issue in the past before and my answer from cs was that you still have a game or feature in play that needs to be played .

That is exactly what cs is telling me now that i had 2 cents from a previous bonus which is absolutely nonsense. If this is the case, then why does the bonus balance changes to a cash balance immediately after logging off and back on?

that i don't know but my guess is that you have the play or finish the game/feature before cs can fix the problem for you

I have/had no feature or game to play. It may very well be the case of their mobile platforms. But still, whats the point of taking on a bonus when no matter how much you wager it keeps showing a bonus balance.

if you had no feature or game in play CS must sort it out for you or at least check on their side what the problem is and solve it !

Probably not the answer your looking for lol, however bonus balance can/will increase if you do not totally zero out the balance from a previous deposit where you took a bonus and the wagering was not met.

For example if you deposit 20 and took a 50% bonus (£10) and did not fullfill the wagering, and they left 0.01p in the balance and deposited 20 again for another 50% (£10) the bonus balance can show as £20 instead of £10 for the sake of this little 1p.

On a losing deposit I always open a 9-line slot to get rid of the last pennies due to this, not just 32 red either, most MG downloads operate this way too.

The logging off with .90p bonus and then seeing it turn to cash when you next logged in is due to that some casinos convert the last 'pennies' into cash to try and help players avoid the issue I've explained and you've encountered, guess at 32red maybe when drop below a quid, whereas a few of the others I used to play at it was .10p
