I saw that until now, there are only 58 players participating in this special tournament. This looks a very low number of players to me.
Probably a problem with the MG software?

    YES INDEED:mad::mad:

I was booted TWICE, once after 3 minutes, and the second time after 3 SPINS:mad::mad:

This was a complete fiasco - and I would have expected better from 32Red.

32Red are at least going to have it out with MGS, and in my past experience they do, even though many other casinos simply use this line to fob players off.

There were serious problems even getting in to the tournament, it took 2 hours of struggle between being booted, and getting another go with the rebuy, and I needn't have wasted my time as it turned out.

Perhaps a turnout of only 57 reflects these problems, but it also means 32Red have taken a hit because they are paying more out than the tournament brought in.

    58*6 = 348 MIN

    58*6*4 = 1392

They made between $348 and $1392.

I KNOW it wasn't $1392 though, as the problems meant I didn't continue in either case, and many players who had problems may not have bothered with a second go or a continue.

The payout pot was $6000 though, and it was well worth going for, which is why I tried again, despite the failure of the software the first time.

I played after midnight, so "congestion" is not an excuse MGS can pull out of the hat this time.

I did not experience ANY problems connecting to the casino, the problems were solely in accessing the tournaments from the tournament lobby.

Has anyone drawn this to 32Red's attention?

I'm all for posting issues to a forum, but if the source of the issue has not been informed then they can't do much to rectify the problem and appease to peeps that have been affected.

    Cheers

They are one of the most prominent casino presence here, so I believe by posting the problem ON this forum 32Red is well aware there was a problem. Besides as Vinyl said, only a handful of people playing it should be evidence enough.

I managed to get in just fine, but finished 14th (out of the money :sob: )

It did make me wonder about the low number of entrants.....

Would have been a nice pickup for the winners! Its a shame they didnt distribute the prizes a bit lower as it would have been nice to hit $100 or something.

Im sure Pat will look into this stuff he's an amazing guy,

    Yes,

I phoned and emailed their CS, and gave as detailed a review as I could to them of the problems.
