32RED all hype????

In case anyone didn't notice... my long-awaited return to video poker took place at 32Red, with two cashouts in two days :)

Not so sure about the slots though... but truthfully I am getting pounded no matter where I play slots...

I noticed Spear...very nice. And yes, slots are so not nice right now. Downright nasty actually. I really have to think about trying something else for a change.

I agree pinababy, nothing plays well anywhere these days. I'm curious why some of these casino groups offer so many sites with the same games? Does anyone really care what an individual sites motif is?? The games are all the same so why not have one site? Marketing I guess, although it truly matters nothing to me what the backround on my screen is. Now if they were to offer different games at different sites, it would make sense. Any thoughts??

It's marketing as you say - each site will advertise in different ways, target a different market etc.

Periodically they can see which methods work best, and then apply those across the group.

I also assume they do it so that it's easy to sell part of their empire. If a group has 10 casinos, they could decide to sell off a few of them and it wouldn't affect their remaining properties. Single-casino companies like 32Red couldn't do that; not that they'd want to of course.

In other news, 32Red are now sponsoring Aston Villa football club - so expect a big increase in signups to come soon. Knowing 32Red, I am sure they will be able to cope without any drop in the quality of CS :)

Try video poker. I can give you pointers to strategy and casinos with good games.

I stand by my previous comments in terms of withdrawals happening in no time - because they always are for me!!! Mind you, I only ever really withdraw back to a debit card, so I guess it's reasonably straightforward!

32RED have not once, in all the time I've played there, EVER let me down in this regard.

I have picked up on something else you mentioned there though, in that a couple of times I've used live chat - they've not been as friendly as they usually are... No biggie by any means, and I'm sure the chap was just busy, but it did strike me as a little more 'business like' one time. Probably just having a bad day!!!!

Jeez - if this is all we've got to complain about at 32RED - they're definitely STILL doing pretty much everything right!!!!

Imagine having to put on a smile and deal with a thousand nasty losers and cheap-ass bonus scammers everyday? No thanks... I'd be telling someone to get the F*#k out of here and don't come back on the first day of work.

Well, yes... If I ran a casino, that's exactly what I'd do. Every single time to everyone.

If I didn't want the rough with the smooth bonus-wise, I wouldn't give out bonuses. Nasty losers go with the territory...

Agreed.

Bonuses are only there to get people through the virtual doors. Though it _is_ mathematically possible to win with some of them, the casinos don't like it. 32Red is probably nothing exceptional in this regard. I once found this gem in the T&Cs of one casino:

"A bonus abuser is defined as a player who uses promotional-bonus money to deviously profit from bonus-promotions that are offered, in good faith, by the Casino with a view to gaining player loyalty. Such players generally accept bonuses, wager the minimum amount and immediately cash out. The casino reserves the right to take appropriate action against such Players."

I love the 'deviously' bit. Not sure where an online casino is doing expressing opinions on the ethics of bonus hunting, which is about exploiting mathematical expectations. Err, isn't that also what running a casino is about?

The ironic thing is that the above quotation came from a casino whose bonus had a high WR, for which only slots and keno counted, so it was impossible to expect to profit from their bonus, 'deviously' or otherwise.

I have played at 32Red a few times and had a few big wins there - far bigger than their monthly bonus. I always found them professional and courteous. At least they have a system whereby they can just stop inviting players for the bonus. I've noticed that casinos which offer bonuses often describe 'bonus hunting' as if it's somehow wrong. And the attitude clearly feeds through to some players, judging from phrases like 'cheap-ass bonus scammers'. The casinos set the rules - if they can't think of ways to attract people than can't be exploited by advantage play, that's their lookout.

Just my two cents worth. I think 32Red is one of the best out there.

I know no-one's posted on this thread for a couple of months, but my previous post contains a mistake I feel I should clarify. My apologies for this.

It is technically possible to profit from the aforementioned bonus: this is something I only found out recently, from the thread about King Neptune's.

32Red Service

I have read through all the posts on this thread. I just think some people like to bitch about nothing much. Read some of the other posts on this forum. You could be holding your hand on your ass waiting for your pay out for days and they still don't want to give it to you, even though you have already jumped through hoops for them. Also, didn't I read that someones win was taken and they were locked out of their account.

I guess no one should be ragging on 32Red, when Pat or Ed will personally take care of it for you. How many individuals in their positions CEO and Operations Manager can you talk to at any other online casino.

Hell, I have been trying to find out for three months now what is the name of the Corporation that owns Jackpot Factory, their CEO and how to get in touch with them.

We should be grateful that we have an honest online casino like 32Red to play at. Sure we may not win as much as we would like but do we at any of the online casinos?

Yes, maybe customer service was having a bad day, but you know what this type of situation with 32Red gives me a bad day. When they get shit for absolutely nothing in my book.

It's testament to their quality of service and reputation that the complaints against them are so small and insignificant.

The day I read a "32 RED are not paying me" thread - I give up gambling forever!

They're being elevated to an even higher position reputation-wise recently, through doing absolutely nothing... Just letting all the other previously trusted names destroy themselves around them!!!

Ditto to all of the above Slotster.

Talk about the competition shooting themselves in the foot.
