32RED all hype????

Ok, so I have never been a big fan of 32RED because of their lack of a loyalty program for regular players and not much in the bonus department as well. However, I still play there occasionally, mostly due to all the great things people say about them on here.

Well after about 15 deposits, I finally manage my first withdrawal from them (a not too shabby $1150) So I contact support and ask what needs to be done as I have never cashed in here before. The person I spoke with seem disinterested in chatting with me, gving me little info, but did manage to have it flushed for me.

Now, almost EVERY poster on here heaps praise about how fast their cash in process is.........mmmmmmmm......NOT!!! To quote slotster "in the blink of an eye"...

I made my withdrawal Sunday evening. By this time their western union office was closed....so of course I expected to get my cash in Monday. It seems everyone else gets their 32RED cashins "in the blink of an eye"....so I certaintly expected it by the next day. It even says on their website that they are processed within 24 hours of clearing their database. Well guess what??? Monday comes and goes and no withdrawal for me is processed. So now it will be Tuesday at the earliest.....:mad:

To top it off, when I spoke to a different CS agent today to see what was going on, they did not even know what an MTCN is, or how the whole western union withdrawal method works??????

Now mind you, I dont need the money, and having my withdrawal processed in 2 days is no big deal.....but fact of the matter is....I thought fast cashouts and excellent CS were their selling points....maybe for some....but not for me. This isn't the first time i've received lackluster CS from them. And seeing as how my first cash in will be closing in on 48 hours (if that).....what exactly is the selling point of this casino?

Finally, as a point of comparison....ive made withdrawals from the Breakaway/Sci-Fi group via western union on more than one occasion...and both were sent same day.....and both times I had my cash in hand in less than 6 hours.

Not really trying to rag on 32RED.....but I feel that readers of this forum should be aware that its not always a bed of roses here...

Hopefully they were just having a bad day...
 
No casino is perfect...but some do come pretty close. I don't suppose you thought to maybe send Pat or Ed a PM and ask them to look into it for you? Not just the payment itself, but the issue with support as well?

Pat and Ed are alot nicer than I am, but if I were the manager I'd pay you and tell you to get the hell out of here.. your account is closed!
 
Just happened to glance down and see that both Ed and Pat are on the board, and unless I'm mistaken it's 11:30 at night where they are. Geez, what horrible customer service.....anyone wanna make me a bet that this is getting looked after right now? :)

Pinababy69 -- well said!! Funeralparty, I do so hope you did PM Ed and Pat via here. Before taking such steps to post here about your "issue(s)."

Exactly Pinababy! People don't realize how hard these men have worked to gain the respect and admiration of the masses, and an idiotic thread like this in a public forum is totally unnecessary given the fact that these men are always available and willing to address anyone's issues personally. We should change the title of this thread to " Stupid things people do when they have a complaint!

I am not complaining so much as letting people know of MY experiences at 32RED. I feel it is important that readers of this forum get a look at ALL sides of a casino......

Of course I realised when I posted this that I would be getting bitched at by all the Club Rouge faithful. But im sure if I made a negative comment about any other casino you would be jumping on the bandwagon.

And, yes, Mr. Tim, I am making note of the fact that my payment is taking too long. Its Monday afternoon, but I wont be getting paid until Tuesday (at the earliest), seeing as how their WU office is now closed. Now by most standards, that would be a quick cash in....but the fact remains...32RED dont offer me comp points on my wagers(like every other casino I play at), so I came for the great CS and fast cash outs (as advertised on their website). So, I feel they have failed in that regard.

We have failed to live up to our own high standards and this is the difficulty that any business will face when dealing with a third party such as Western Union.
We have always taken a low key approach to this payment option in that the service we receive from their agents here in Gibraltar can at times hamper us in the delivery of the standards that our player's have become accustomed to. We are, and have been, reviewing our continued use of this payment option as too frequently it has failed to enhance our reputation for excellent and speedy service. I don't want to be seen here as passing the buck, but in this case we were let down badly by the availability of the agents here in Gibraltar.

That all said, the perceived lack of friendliness on live chat and the lack of understanding displayed in respect of MTCNs ,that funeralparty refers to, are issues that do need to be addressed. We could have, and should have, been more convivial in our communication and have been technically accurate in the information being proffered. Rest assured, we will be providing the necessary guidance so as to ensure that we don't repeat these failings.

Thanks for letting us have your views and I would just like to say that it is always disappointing to read when we have failed to live up to our hard earned reputation. We will take the necessary steps to improve the service in this area, based on this feedback.

Let's cut the rhetoric. Bottom line .. you cashed out last night. Give them time to pay you, before "raggin" in the complaint section.

BTW, I'm no "Club Rouge faithfull"

I think I read somewhere in the banking section that cashouts are cycled through the server at 3:59 AM then processed. So depending on when you cashed out (your time zone)....the cycle must not have gone through for the day ?

I know I read this somewhere on 32Red site......somweone help me here puleez?
 
I think you're absolutely right Silc. Not sure if that's the case here, from what Pat said it seems it may have been more of a Western Union issue? In any event, I sort of resent being called a "Club Rouge" faithful, like I'm a kool-aid drinker with no mind. I offer the same advice to any poster regardless of which casino it is, use the resources that Bryan has set up for us. PM the reps, it's there....use it. And that's it for me with this thread, it's being dealt with as I knew it would be.

I would again like to point out, as I did in my first post, that I was not ragging on 32RED, just sharing my experiences.

My apologies to those who don't welcome contrasting points of view.

If 36 hour withdrawals are the biggest complaint, then 32red must be a great online casino.
 
most casinos that offer good comps take at least 48 hours to reply to a darn email been there done that. let alone they can take 48hours to 2 weeks to pay, been there also, to expect a payout 1 day later is some great cashhout policy, to expect the money less than 24 hours and bitch when its not there is pushing it, I have fought for 2-3 weeks to get payouts from these high comping casinos. You have to admit that even a 48 hour payout is QUICK~.

Maybe problem was... Exactly: the "hype", you expected too much.
When there was a valid reason for payment delay, and customer service made a "mistake", you were so disappointed, because everything wasn't perfect.

Talk with Pat or Ed, and give them another chance :)
 
I don't think that funeralparty is ragging on 32RED. In fact they do seem to be alot of hype. Sure don't hear much about any winners at 32RED, in fact, many posters here have said quite the opposite, that they never win at this site and the money seems to drain away quickly. Perhaps the CS is so damn good because noone there is ever bothered with "cash-ins" which allows plenty of time for dealing with other issues. In fact, I haven't played there based on the dearth of winner testimonials at 32RED. While it is nice that they are so responsive, the bottom line is winning. If you just want someone to communicate well with you as they suck up all your money, I will be glad to do that for you, got a credit card????

I've done more than my share of winning at 32Red, and so have plenty of other people from this forum. And yes, there have also been people who say they have no luck there. Key word being luck, sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you aren't. I don't find them any better or any worse than any other MG casino as far as "luck factor." But they are head and shoulders above everyone else when it comes to customer service and personal attention. And having the two top dogs frequent this forum daily and respond to posters sure doesn't hurt either. They have everything I look for in a casino.
 
In case anyone didn't notice... my long-awaited return to video poker took place at 32Red, with two cashouts in two days :)

Not so sure about the slots though... but truthfully I am getting pounded no matter where I play slots...
