Hi I was wondering how long a verification takes on withdrawal? I sent withdrawal request in on Thursday in which I understand won’t be processed until Tuesday due to bank holidays, but now asked me for verification in which I’ve sent in, I previously was fully verified but played a lot more and withdrew £25k and now asked for documents

Just an update, I’ve been verified and paid out by time I was supposed to off received the funds anyway, I’m impressed with how quick they verified me and paid out after seeing negative comments on forums, the timescale overall was excellent as it says on the site that don’t pay out over weekends or bank holidays and unfortunately for me I had both against me but still pleased with having received payment today thank you
