32 red no red letter days /Review of 32 red

My tuppence worth...

I've been with 32Red for about 11 months. I haven't had a red letter day yet. Does it bother me? Actually no...it doesn't.

I didn't get the Dish of The Day promo coming up on my main screen until about 4 months after I joined 32Red. It was just after the "32 Days of Christmas" promo had ended I think. Back then, I was "behind" overall.

Then in early June, I managed a nice cashout that put me "ahead" overall. Did the Dish Of The Day offers suddenly dry up, just because I was "ahead"? Actually no....they didn't. And I still continue to get them coming up on my main screen each and every day.

Compare that to Casino Rewards, where I have had my "VIP points redemption privileges" suspended....for simply being "ahead" overall. Admittedly, while that pissed me off at the time, it actually helped introduce me to playing without a bonus. Which isn't as bad as I thought it would be. You simply have to deposit a bigger amount or get luckier quicker.

At the end of the day, bonuses are nice. And I am very fond of them. But they are not essential. What IS essential is knowing you're gonna get paid when you do get lucky and then decide to hit the withdraw button. On that front, I cannot find any fault with 32Red at all. And that is why they get (and will continue to get) a large share of my "business", even when I am going through an unlucky patch where I am running shittier than the foulest smelling shit known to mankind.

And finally, it isn't the wisest thing to expect something, because you run the risk of being easily disappointed. 32Red is, after all, a business and not a charity.
 
I've been playing with 32Red almost as long as I've been here at Casinomeister. I am a regular depositor for sure, and I almost always take a bonus, and there is almost always one available for me. I like playing with a bonus.

A while back, they changed the Red Letter Day promotion. It used to be five players on a Thursday for up to $1000, and I don't recall anyone here ever posting they received one. Then they made them any day, and smaller. I've had quite a number, the most recent for $20 within the last couple of weeks.

The very first "freebie" I ever got was when I was ahead, it was for $100 with a no playthrough on what was then my favourite game. I was shocked, I'd never been given such a thing by a casino, and it was not my birthday or Christmas or because of some issue. This was back in 2009, I hadn't been with them forever, was not Club Rouge at the time or anything.

I have had some great wins, and I am pretty sure I am still lifetime ahead, although not as far ahead as a couple of years back. I have always been treated with respect, comped pretty generously when I have had issues, and invited to Club Rouge after a certain amount of time with them.

I have other casinos I play with regularly, but if I can only make one deposit in a week, they are definitely my go to casino.
 
Fed up with lobby issues

I too have had huge problems viewing any promotion in my download lobby. it just has a standard advert for red rubies with a link to a web page. If I view on my mobile dish of the day is there but has always said Sorry i'm not eligible which is untrue a majority of the time.

My huge other issue is there seemed to be a bug on my account that prevents me from depositing using ukash or paysafe. I have contacted customer services a million times (over exaggeration) and i go through the same thing everytime to try and rectify, i.e. removing entire software clearing cookies etc. Despite me telling them this is not a software issue it is my account. no - one could ever help and always referred issue on to tech whoc would proceed to do the exact same thing.
Then I actually dealt with a genius operator 'Angel' who asked if i minded giving her my password so she could see the issue herself. And sure as hell she did, she immediatly said she would pass it on to tech - I havent heard back on that occasion which is a shame - sOOo I was this close to a solution - gutted.

ANyway it's all driving me bloody mad., The casino looks so outdated anyway - isn't it time for some new software? This would solve my lobby issue, as for my depositing issue, god only knows.
