Hello Everyone ,
So I have been playing on 32 red for sometime now and still not had one of there so called 32 red red letter days on my account .I have spent well over £1,000 having about £1,300 back in winning .of course I put some funds back on the account and out of pocket £300 . But that's here or there and that the way of gambling of course you lose.
What I have noticed when you win on these sites , You can use a high spin around £3,00 a time and still not even get 3 scatters in the games also most seems nothing at times and others of course you can have high wins out of just !£1.00 or 90p spin .I suppose that mirogaming for you .
I have also experiences problems with chat of course this was down to my internet I was told in chat .They checked my account and said it was fine and the issue must be my internet no their problem .Again offered nothing for the software problems and just my computer .
I also found most of the time guys on chat fantastic help .Other times I find they not very helpful and sometimes get called something different to my first name and they call me my my second name .They must be using muti screen chats I would have thought for this to happen .Again offered nothing for customer services mistakes .
With a bit of a loss from the site I asked for some free chips .No wins out of these at all . I played the same games at 90p and not had anything free out of the game like scatters or big wins etc
All in all 32red ok but I would say there better casinos out there
They are good at paying out wins and the payments team are very helpful .
Maybe better bonus for loyalty players and more 32 red letter days more random then they supposed to be as yet still not had one .
