After 2 years of playing slots of these sites I have been so frustrated with the long withdrawal times , bad service and very long drawn out frustrating ID Doc policies that I at least wanted to give a casino also a nice plug, very happy to spend money on 32 Red , I processed my first larger withdrawal from them and after a few hours it was gone from my withdrawal section, I was freaked out thinking something went wrong, It was in my neteller account lightning fast. Wow so used to this 48 hour stuff this was great. Would of never played at 32 red Until I came here and saw the compliments on that site.

Because of all the positive comments about 32Red here, i have kept on depositing at 32Red even though my worst performance always was there. Only once did my credits go over my original deposit but for only a few bucks and for only a minute or so. Thursday i made my 9th deposit there. I wasn't doing well again and therefore was at low bets. Finally hit 5 girls at Ladies Night but being at $.36 per spin it only paid $60. I am still "on tilt" about this. Then i increased my bets but didn't hit a thing thereafter.

So, i cash out a silly 2.5x my deposit just to experience a withdrawal from 32Red for once and savor their supposedly rapid-fire cashouts. Since it hadn't hit my neteller yet by last night i sent them an email. Got a reply from them this morning saying that my cashout just missed their cutoff Thursday and since they don't process over the weekend, it will be Monday. Seems then they don't process on Friday either.

So, that will be 4 days. At Jackpot Factory my cashouts take 1 day, at the most, to hit my Neteller. Even FortuneLounge casinos, much criticized here, give me cashouts of 1.5 days consistently. And they all process withdrawals over the weekend!

If anyone from 32Red is seeing this thread, a question...While I appreciate the (normally) fast payouts and excellent customer service, even for a non-VIP like myself, could it hurt to go that little extra step and process cashouts on the weekend like less steller casinos do?

Exactly. I withdrew very early Thu evening, PST. I am surprised it couldn't have been processed on Friday. Most casinos i play at process on the weekend. I have withdrawn on Sat evenings and have the funds back in Neteller before Sunday evening.

Knowing this now, a player is likely not to withdraw a less than stellar win on Thu evening, keep on playing . . . and likely go bust. Wasn't 32Red supposed to be a casino not to manipulate players and squeeze their last bucks out of them???

The worst thing is that f***ing Reverse Withdrawal time. You cashout most places on a Thursday night/Friday and it has to go through 12-24 hours RW period first by which time everyone's on weekend break so you have to wait til Monday.

I've been playing at Piggs Peak group of casinos a long time and, after the initial ID confirmation thing, have been getting withdrawals usually within 24 hours regardless of the day of the week. I cashed out last night at one of their casinos, have already received email that they've processed it, and expect confirmation email tonight saying that it's in my NETeller.

I wrote an email to 32Red saying that it was odd they didn't process payments on weekends (well really not since Thursday 7 pm if you are on Pacific Standard Time !!!). I got a snappy email back from their CS saying that i really should not have felt disappointed because it was clearly shown on their web site. So, there are all these positive comments about 32Red's fash cashouts by faithful posters here and none of these people ever did a withdrawal over the weekend???

Well, i'm glad i know this because i'll never bother making another deposit at 32Red again.

I do believe that the man who's in charge of withdrawals (I believe his name is Dale) at 32red, sometimes does random withdrawals over the weekends. I seem to recall receiving a withdrawal once on a Sunday morning (which would have been a Saturday night for most forum members here). I was told (as I recall) that he does in fact do this once in a while, it depends if he's working or not (purely random).

For what it's worth, the now defunct Capital Casino payed me on Saturdays as well on Sundays quite a number of times last October/November/December. Sigh... The only casino I had any real luck at is now defunct (damn that hurts ). It feels like the equivalent of getting dumped...

And although I despise VPL's customer support, I was quite surprised to have been paid once on a weekend by Maple Casino as well as 777Dragon.

So, I do think that there are a fair number of MG casinos that do pay over the weekend, despite stating otherwise on their websites. I've had more problems (with being impatient) with NeTeller not being open over the weekend (my sending funds to my account), rather than the casinos. I know that's not what we're talking about, but it seems likes a 50/50 chance that I'll be able to see my (bank wired) funds show up in my NeTeller account before the weekend close.

It is a bit unfair that 32Red is getting more flak for not doing withdrawals on week-ends than other casinos for stealing players' funds.

Managra, Sorry to hear your experience at 32 red wasn't so good. All my with draws have been at weekends but I only cash out to card and if the moneys on the card in 3-4 days its as good as an almost instant neteller transaction to me.

Win or lose I guess we cant all have good experiences all the time, the casino I had a terrible experience with has been mentioned in this thread as a great 1 day payer.

I stand by what I say about 32Red, one of the best around at the moment!

Dale, the payments manager at 32Red does his job second to none. He answers emails promptly and is very accomodating to special needs and requests. Many times my brother has had a winning day and has requested that Dale put a portion of his cash-out in my account. Never a problem or delay. Give the guy a break! He needs a couple days a week off too. I'd rather have 5 days a week to withdrawl knowing that Dale is on top of the situation rather than half a dozen different people screwing things up 7 days a week.

Weekend Cashins

I would have to agree that cashins should be processed on weekends. If you go to any land based casino on a Saturday night, win say $3000. You are not told you have to wait until Monday to get your $$$$.

I have always got a kick out of online casinos saying 24/7 support, its not truly 24/7 support. I cant count the times I have been told I have to wait for the "relevant department" to come into the office.

It would be nice if all online casinos would process cashins instant and 24/7. I am sure this would be possible. Now of course for that to be possible you would have needed to have been through the ID verification already.
You can make the ID verification easy to get through if you send in those documents as soon as you open your account.
And they would need to add man power in there finance department. This is not an impossible task, if you have someone to answer the phone 24/7, you can hire someone to run the finance department 24/7 as well. Online gaming is evolving and many groups are making changes for the better regarding there cashin process. As players we can email or call these casinos and let them know the ways they can improve.

We have a voice let the casinos hear it.

Thanks for those that have taken the time to comment about our service. We are always looking to improve the service that we offer and actively look for ways to improve 32Red. Feedback from the people who know best - our players - is the most powerful and important.

The majority of our cash-ins are processed back to UK Credit and Debit cards, and as a consequence we have tailored our cash-in process to reflect this. The UK banking system comes to a halt over the weekend and they only process payments between Monday and Friday.
In general terms, cash-ins made prior to 3:59am are processed the very same day by 32Red. Any cash-in made after this time will be processed the next day. Over the weekends Dale, our Payments Manager, will process payments at least once. He tries to be as flexible in this (in respect of timing) so as to reflect the volume of cash-ins that do need to be processed. As an example, this weekend, any cash-ins made before 3:59am on Saturday were processed on Saturday evening.

We are reviewing our processing of ewallet cash-ins (which includes Neteller) to ensure that we are as efficient and timely with these as we are with the card transactions. You will be the first to know when these improvements have been introduced.
