I was politely wondering whether one of you guys may be able to give me some advice regarding the following please?

Having played 32 Red Download casino for years, I went to start last night's session and discovered that I had got no in game sounds whatsoever.

This happened months ago with another MG download site (Jackpot City Casino) and a simple total uninstall/reinstall fixed the problem.

I decided on repeating this process with 32 Red (I'm real fussy and have to play with sound lol) but when I came to re-install the software I cannot seem to get it to work at all.

Click the correct link on 32 Red casino page, click 'Open' or 'Open when done' and then presented with screen below

**Please see pic next post, upload wrong pic**

Upon clicking 'Yes' that's where everything stops, it literally does nothing!

Any help would be hugely appreciated as I much prefer download (with sounds) to the flash version.

Little 'Tin Foil' moment in closing however..... Lost last 10-12 deposits with no game play whatsoever on download client, forced to use flash last night and I get a good session and meet the WR on 100% bonus!!!???!!!

Hey Jon I had the same issue what I did was move the microgaming folder to another directory (eg c:\microgaming\32red). I moved the whole microgaming to under c:\program files and it fixed my sound I'm sure you can just move it anywhere and it will hopefully work.

Don't know if this is allowed but hey its what I did to fix my no sound issue :p

This will be no help at all but im posting it anyway.

I remember years ago I could get no sound at all on Ladbrokes casino. Not that I play with sound often. Anyway tried everything could think of to no avail. Anyway I screwed up my laptop totally by deleting one of the main files whilst trying to fix something else.

Im not very computer savvy lol. Anyway had to restore it back to factory settings so got sound back lol.

Wish I'd read/posted first lol, cheers for this but I totally removed the casino prior to (trying to) reinstall. So now there are no 32 red files/folders on PC at all.

Madness lol, quite a similar scenario for my back on the old MG Laddies download. Dunno if it was coincidence but sound went back then, I started uninstalling stuff and like a knob took the anti virus off and didn't put back on, you can prob's guess the rest, glad it was an old cheapo tower att.

I had this one, and what had happened was that the volume had been turned right down in the client due to something that had happened with an update. This is a separate control to that of the PC itself, and is reached by clicking on the speaker icon (top right) in the client.

The 32Red client seems particularly buggy at the moment, more so than others. The tournaments are riddled with problems, but I have also experienced problems in regular play.

Any idea what might be blocking the reinstall VWM please?

Permissions on PC and AV not an issue - Cheers!

Possibly a browser issue. It seems to have selected the file for download and downloaded it.

Rather than trying to install from within the browser, exit and navigate to the download folder and click on the installer directly. This is how I always install software as I have encountered problems before when trying to "open" to install from the browser environment. It seems that some installers don't like it, and others will often say "please close all open programs before installing", so it would seem that this is a known issue among software developers.

Microgaming runs an embedded Internet Explorer to display the lobby promos, news, etc, and it looks like you are trying to install from Chrome. This is already a conflict that might cause problems as it seems that the installer itself uses the embedded IE in order to show ads and "register your account" pages during the install.

Sorry to bump this, saves a new thread.

Anyone tried playing the DL client this afternoon please?

Won't fire up at all my end, tried the usual 'fixes' but no joy.

Gets about 2-3 seconds in and window totally close by itself

Just tried it Jon, DL client opens and loads fine.

25% DOTD today.

To be honest, i hardly ever had any issues with any of the DL casinos, be it 32RED, RV, Golden Tiger etc etc.

Cheers Harry, not sure what's going on then lol.

Have to agree 99% of my sessions on DL are flawless these days and enjoy them much more than browser based casinos.

Only play DL at 32 red due to UK pullouts etc and being BB'ed at CR, VERY rare I deposit there.

Played 4-5 lengthy sessions this last fortnight and not one disconnection and not one laggy spin so it can be done eh lol

that happens to me sometimes...where the sign in screen comes on and then disappears. I usually restart my computer and it seems to work.

Won't even get that far lol.

Several restarts but having none of it :( Starting to think issue is my end PC doing all sorts of strange things last week or so.

Puts itself into some sort of hibernation and even 'takes over' monitor power so even that won't turn on!

All of these are disabled in settings / control panel, but I'm useless at this sort of thing lol

Thanks for posting tho

Stuck instance of casinogame.exe after previous failure to load or a crash. Delete via task manager or reboot. Seen it often:mad:

This error happens when an update is found (the "double launch"). Sometimes it seems the process fails and you are stuck between relaunches. What seems to happen is that if an update is detected, it is downloaded and placed into a temporary file, the casino then terminates and the temporary file containing the updated client is copied into the main casinogame.exe - finally, the casino is automatically relaunched. Sometimes this fails and you end up with the casino terminating but not relaunching. If it has left a stuck casinogame process behind, trying to relaunch manually from the desktop will give you what that clip shows.
