    It is so easy for us all to give out now and again about a customer service issue but in this instance i would like to praise Natalie at 32 Red for her great help in sorting a problem i had for most of the day with my computer.
    I had tried everything i thought i was supposed to do with no avail but good old Natalie sorted it for me.
    Can the 32 Red reps please pass on my thanks and a big pat on the back.
    Let's have more Natalie's throughout the casino world.

    Kudos to 32 Red

    32 Red has always been #1 in my books for customer service. I think Jonathan and company have everything to do with the great service. Whatever hiring and training practices are used over there could be bottled and sold. Some casinos don't train the reps to put the customer's needs first, and the problems begin, but 32 red reps always seem to be friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly empathetic to a customers needs regardless of the situation.

    Yes! here here on the 'flushing' thing.

    Totally behaved for like 10 years but had my first 'No flushing / Pending WD' casualty yesterday.

    Kicking myself all day :(
