32 Red Connection

Anyone having trouble logging into their 32red account?

Been playing for the past 4 hours - no problem then 15 mins ago I get the dreaded 'connection to the casino has been dropped' message and now I can't get back on.

Tried logging into Dash and there was no problem.

Edit: Dash now seems to be having the same issue.

Edit no2: Its now back nevermind :eek2:

Me too, I had some disconnection. And cant login again, just wait like 10 min and can login again.

Yea, I had the exact same thing during mid play! Took 15 minutes for to be able to log back in again! Contacted support and they confirmed an update at 5am which was the cause. I'm personally getting sick of the errors and unannounced updates. They are happening all the time and support just put it down to me having connection issues- connection issues that don't seem to be a problem when on chat support, or Golden lounge and even Dash! > JUST 32Red!

In regard to the update by MG at 5am- I think there should be some sort of system by MG in place to announce when and what time updates are due to be released, it's all fine and well that current games are unaffected when they happen, but when it's unexpected and as annoying as it is -I personally feel it's unacceptable.
