I wasn't impressed either. I waited two days to receive a reply to an email. And then the reply was plain wrong (gave me a wrong information on the amount I had wagered, later apologized for the error). It's a good casino, but no reason for hype.

Everyone wanted a good casino, and then they got given one, but now we will knit-pick untill something caves. Look, the 'hype' is about the fact that they actually apologise when they make a mistake, and then FIX it, they don't ignore you for another 20 days! The 'hype' is about their c s actually operating and answering the bloody phones, and not NOT let you through ever! In my books, that is enough to get hyped about. Ed Ware is a member here, and is one of the most approachable, pleasant casino reps I've ever encountered. It astonished me when I found out on the photo's page that he's the top man!! I probably read it before but never made the name connection. If the man in charge is willing to contribute on a forum like this, I think that goes a long way to explaining the exemplary customer focus that is evident throughout the business.

I waffle on a lot about how much I like 32RED, but I think they deserve it. When I read some of the horror stories in the complaints section and what have you, I'm just glad I stumbled across a quality outfit early doors! :thumbsup:

i don't get why everyone is in the cover mode to back up 32red now, i never stated i had a prob with them

in fact, i cashed out last night and it was in my neteller first thing this morning :D

however, that doesn't mean some probs still need to be resolved, what is a new customer suppose to think when he sees online support saying that they're not available but don't worry because online support is available 24/7? :confused:

ezc3m, one good thing about them is there bathrooms are clean. That a plus for me, when i play at a casino to have clean restrooms.

It does not say anywhere on the site that online chat support is available 24 hours. What it does say is that they have 24/7 support and then they list all means of support which include email, toll free phone numbers, and online chat. All of these methods combined would make the 24/7 support claim accurate, even if one of the methods is only available at certain times. You could pick up the phone or email. As someone else in this thread said, you are nitpicking.

blackjack: i hit the online live support button and this is WORD FOR WORD the text message that popped up. i'm nitpicking b/c i thought this message was ironic? so you are telling me this text message, displayed in my online chat box for 32red, makes you personally feel safe and secure? :rolleyes:

I hit the live chat button a few times today and there was always someone available. It also works at present. I myself have always experienced the fastest and most professional support from them.

Hi All

As ever thanks to everyone for sharing their views and feedback about our services. Ecz3m, please accept my apologies for the lack of availability when you tried to contact us. Our echat channel is designed to be manned and live 24/7. It's disappointing that we fell short of our own standards and I will find out why we were "unavailable". Whilst we are on standby permanently through freephone and of course email, we offer echat in a similar vein, as some people prefer that mode of communication - we'll sort it!

The problem may well have been technical and we are currently trialling new software which will provide a better echat service to our players, in part as it is more robust than our current kit. Ecz3m's feedback is timely, and I'd like to thank him for taking the time to highlight the issue.

DiePolizeiista - thanks also for your comments, I would like to find out why you were left waiting for that long...would it be possible for you to PM me your account number and I will investigate?

i just thought the message was humorous

it was around tuesday 3pm EST

but other than that, i so far love 32red, especially the speed of transactions, keep up the good work and you will one more loyal customer :p
