I followed the advice from here some time ago, and joined the 32 red revolution. A decision I am only now regretting. Not sure if they have become to sure of themselves, or if the customer service there is actually going down the toilet, but the bad experiences are multiplying. I have been a MG player for 10 years. I have tended to stick to casinos such as Roxy Palace, Red Flush and Betway to name a couple, but I did switch my business to the 32 red group some time ago. Since joining, I have been delighted to meet some chat reps, that provided top notch customer service, but their "night crew" is just awful. On a couple of occasions they were having trouble rectifying a technical issue with my account, and promised me they would open a ticket and email me back. No email ever came. Just tonight, I went on the site. They have a world cup promotion that has been hit or miss as far as actually working within the first few hours of the day. Today it was working. I scored a goal, and the offer came up deposit $25 get $25. I did just that, and I got an error message back "Purchasing requirements not met" and I was forced to live chat. I got a rep who, rather than look into the technical issue causing this, simply quipped to me "The offer is 25% today, we were having technical issues" I don't accept this. The rep was in no way professional or empathetic from there, they were simply poised to argue with me. I was not being rude, I was simply stating facts. The rep refused outright to open a ticket, told me there was no supervisor or pitboss, and that that was the end of it. I asked to speak to a specific rep who told me to ask for him by name if I ever had any issues, however the rep told me very rudely and flatly that I would get the pitboss on shift tomorrow, and that would be that. Again...so rude. The biggest problem I can see is that their overnight shift does what it wants, when it wants, there is no accountability, and the times I have asked for a callback from a pitboss, none has ever come.
My advice, especially if you are playing on North American time zone, is avoid dealing with 32 red altogether. 32 RED casino, in my humble opinion, should be downgraded a notch or two on their rating until they can be held accountable for honoring all promotions offered BY THEM, and they start to address customer concerns in a timely fashion, without ignoring the customer and hoping they will just go away.
