32 Red ~ Bonus not honored

I followed the advice from here some time ago, and joined the 32 red revolution. A decision I am only now regretting. Not sure if they have become to sure of themselves, or if the customer service there is actually going down the toilet, but the bad experiences are multiplying. I have been a MG player for 10 years. I have tended to stick to casinos such as Roxy Palace, Red Flush and Betway to name a couple, but I did switch my business to the 32 red group some time ago. Since joining, I have been delighted to meet some chat reps, that provided top notch customer service, but their "night crew" is just awful. On a couple of occasions they were having trouble rectifying a technical issue with my account, and promised me they would open a ticket and email me back. No email ever came. Just tonight, I went on the site. They have a world cup promotion that has been hit or miss as far as actually working within the first few hours of the day. Today it was working. I scored a goal, and the offer came up deposit $25 get $25. I did just that, and I got an error message back "Purchasing requirements not met" and I was forced to live chat. I got a rep who, rather than look into the technical issue causing this, simply quipped to me "The offer is 25% today, we were having technical issues" I don't accept this. The rep was in no way professional or empathetic from there, they were simply poised to argue with me. I was not being rude, I was simply stating facts. The rep refused outright to open a ticket, told me there was no supervisor or pitboss, and that that was the end of it. I asked to speak to a specific rep who told me to ask for him by name if I ever had any issues, however the rep told me very rudely and flatly that I would get the pitboss on shift tomorrow, and that would be that. Again...so rude. The biggest problem I can see is that their overnight shift does what it wants, when it wants, there is no accountability, and the times I have asked for a callback from a pitboss, none has ever come.
My advice, especially if you are playing on North American time zone, is avoid dealing with 32 red altogether. 32 RED casino, in my humble opinion, should be downgraded a notch or two on their rating until they can be held accountable for honoring all promotions offered BY THEM, and they start to address customer concerns in a timely fashion, without ignoring the customer and hoping they will just go away.

There might of been a mistake on the reps side? Did you managed to claim the promo at all? I have had some trouble with it and said I do not qualify than after a couple presses of claim now and a minute or so the bonus than excepts it, I personally have had problems for months trying to claim there bonuses, Theres been a few threads & 32 said was sorted problem still carried on

Yeah I have had problems claiming the bonus to keep getting Error message so have to keep pressing and pressing the claim now button

I get that message quite often. Find if you retry it a few times it then works. Maybe its just taking longer for deposit to register in system to allow the bonus to be claimed.

I sometimes get that error as well if so you might have to wait up to 5 to 6 minutes before you can claim it.
if it happens, ill usually log off have a cig, get my self a cup or coffeee or take a dump :cool:
come back log on and more often then not its working and i can claim the bonus :) if not live chat fixes it in no time :)

I suppose we all have the same problems from time to time. The difference is how we deal with them :rolleyes:

The op claims it was a higher bonus than what it really was, and got angry when they refused to give hime that.

If there is support that I know is not rude then it's these people. That doesn't mean they will always be nice and give the customers what they want. They have their rules too.
But to claim that they were rude I will never believe. No chance.

Sometimes live chat at any casino is busy and can't really spend a whole lot of time appeasing an upset player, but I also have a hard time believing that anyone from 32Red was actually rude to the player. Those people must be on valium to keep calm with some of the crap they have to listen to.

This makes the third time I request a call from a pitboss, due to technical issues with promotions not crediting, and an open ticket for a MG issue with purchase history not showing. On all 3 occasions, no call ever came. No follow up e-mail, nothing until I had to chase after them. People keep on making excuses for this group, but I can guarantee that the crew working overnight is a far cry from the daystaff.

yes my very odd tuppence worth,

have to say never come across anybody rude at 32red in all my time there, always highly professional and still come across as friendly

and thats not as easy to pull off as you might think,

obviously this my own personal experience but i can tell you with time on my hands i have on many occasions asked the most mundane questions

and always receive a prompt and courteous reply never had a problem with a bonus or any thing else for that matter,

anyway i would be highly surprised if its not sorted to your expectations upon which you will return to post hands up i was wrong there wonderfull really :thumbsup:

They haven't been able to see this thread.
The forum went down when they got to work and up again when they went home :p

I sent a pm to Jonathan also so they will know about it, but not until tomorrow.
I didn't mention this thread though...just that I felt sorry for him...

Dealing with Jonathan is certainly refreshing. He took my feedback seriously, and credited the bonus and then some. Assurances all around that the situation could have been handled better by the rep, but this sort of thing isn't taken lightly. More than I was expecting to hear back. I am satisfied with the resolution, and hope to have better experiences in the future.
