Mistakes are coming in thick and fast, No specific site but general casino sites, Used to get lots of help, If live chat was cluless than one mention on here it would be sorted, Now days every things seems to just get pushed to the sides, Unless of course it was a big mistake and it will be very sorry we have informed CS etc untill a week later same shits still going on,

I know people have a grunt for no reason and no doubt I have in the past, But no excuse to push players issues to the side no matter how minor, Things may seem more minor to some while others its a big deal,

I agree with you there Spintee, I find it strange that this was mentioned a while ago and still you're getting the wrong bonus offered to you. I mean I'm a lowroller and low depositor and this might be my only chance to play in a week!

Either reps are overworked or just stopped being as thorough as they used to be. These minor problems used to get fixed and stay fixed.

No idea why you missed out again but you just need to see casinos with their lag issues to see how little they listen to feedback or just couldn't care less.

And definitely no point in contacting chat, when they're not vetting your identity and making you feel like a lawbreaker, they'll only copy & paste you to death with the same three answers to every issue :eek:

Cheers mate, This is not the only thread I talked about the emails, I put in another thread before about getting the wrong DOTD many of times,

It seems now days only decent thing abouts sites is when somebody wins & gets paid, Hang on a minute but arnt we meant to win sometimes and get paid :what: People are so overwhelmed its the next best thing since sliced bread lol, There is a thread about another casino, Nothing bad but a few questions have been bought forward since Friday and no sign of response, Over worked and underpaid, Or just do not give a dam, I mean no skin of there noes what happens as there only an employee, Not as if there on piece work
 
Thanks to Spintee for bumping, I didn't check the site over the weekend so would have missed this otherwise. PM is always preferred outside of office hours as I get an email alert. Alternatively Mark[at]32red.com gets most of my attention.

I'll check this out tomorrow when back in the office. It's the first I have heard of a problem (if this was a bulk issue I think my inbox would have melted) so maybe just an ESP delay. Apologies for the inconvenience either way. I will look into it.

Do not panic, If it is ESP delay than not much can be done, I have mentioned the delays before now, Its just abit annoyance from my side when I receive and its a different offer,

I really do not PM reps much as I do not like to interrupted them, Unless its a major issue, or confidential,
 
The headers should show when the email was sent so you can see if it was sent the same day or not, I usually do that before I get onto support :)

I have just read the source code, It looks like it was sent on the saturday but I received Sunday 8 AM (9 PM) My time, I seem to be getting all other emails from sites on the right day? I am not sure how all this works,

My apologies if sounded a bit harsh but I cannot log into sites every day looking for a bonus, I do rely on emails, If I log into a site than it should be for a deposit, Unfortunately some of us are not as rich as others and like a bonus even if its for extra play, I wish I didnt have to as if I had the cash than I certainly would not be taken bonus up,

Any way I add the screen shot, If you look at the 3rd line down thats when I received, If you look at the last line and 4th line up thats when it looks like it was received by some server (not mine) There is alot more but couldn't copy

Looks to me like it was sent Saturday.
You would think if you can prove it was received a day late that live chat would have discretion to add it anyway.
