32 Red and USA Players

I am wondering if other US players are having the problems I had. I tried to sign up with 32 Red, and when I would get to the end of the sign up process it would say illegal operation. Support was very nice, and quick to respond, but after many atempts they finally just opened the account manually. I suspect this has something to do with the change over in allowing US players since I could play the games in fun mode.

Then the real weird thing happened. I deposited $1,000 and lost pretty quickly. No luck that day. :( But when I went to Neteller instead of it showing as a $1,000 transfer, it showed up as some weird number like $1,890.77! I emailed Neteller and they gave me the NT number and told me to contact 32 Red. 32 Red responded right away and it turned out that my account was in pounds.

Anyway, I want to say that 32 Red has been excellent in their customer service through all this, but I'm wondering if other US players are having problems there since the transition.

It is pretty obvious from the numbers that you deposited in GBP or you are using the GBP version of the casino but funded it with a USD NETeller account.
 
problem signing up too

I tried for 3 days to sign up...I got the same error you did. I finally had to call and have support manually sign me up. I haven't made a dep yet. but I am glad to know there is an issue with this. An extra 800 usd is a lot..lol
Did they fix it with neteller???? Or did you have to come up with the other 800$?
 
They had to set up a new account which was a dollar account. They transferred the extra money there and I am able to withdraw it.

I can see why this casino won meister's casino of the year. Their customer service has been excellent.
