    Hi all!

Does anyone know the processing time for a check withdrawal at 3 Dice? I was lucky enough to make my first wd last week. :)

Any insight to wd time is greatly appreciated.

My Skrill wd took under 2 minutes from clicking withdraw to arriving in my acct.
Players whom I understand to have requested cheques have gotten it well within (under) a week.
You can't beat 3Dice for WD speed!

They pay SUPER quick! They had my check sent out the next day (Friday) and I'm track to receive it tomorrow (Tuesday)... I made a withdrawal through wire transfer as well this past Saturday, it was in my checking account by mid-day today. I can't say enough great things about their speed!

    Congrats on your win!

    Thanks

Thanks everyone for your timely responses. 3 Dice has check sent on April 22nd, but as of today, I still have not received it. However, I have contacted them and they are looking into why there seems to be a delay. I just wasn't sure if over a week was too long to wait for a payment by check, as other casinos sometimes are waaaay over a week time in funds reaching us here in the states.

I had great luck there with my first deposit. I deposited just under $40, forgot to claim pasteandpay bonus before deposit. Customer service allowed me to have the bonus retroactively, however I had a 60 times play through instead of the 30 times playthrough. Cashed out at just under $2000. :)

Customer service is outstanding and responsive. I know they will take care of my situation.

    Missing Certified Letter

I have not received my 4/22 WD from 3 Dice yet. (Not their fault!) Anna and Ellen from 3 Dice have been awesome in helping me with this situation. Anna provided me with a tracking number...which showed that the letter reached my postal facility last Tuesday! I headed over there today with the print out from USPS page with tracking number information and asked for my mail. THEY COULD NOT FIND IT! I was given NO HELP from United States Post Office and was basically told by them, not here, deal with it! I will not write what I said in return...suffice it to say...no check yet. Returned home to talk with Ellen in chat who provided calm in the midst of this storm of incompetance by USPS. I also place a call to different postal facility which gave me phone numbers to complain and help to sort this all out.

Clearly, all the joy from winning just goes out the window when you have to deal with things like this. :( The best part of it all..3 Dice is amazing and supportive. They have promised to get it all sorted out!

I had to call the big office in Texas about my mail. Didn't take them long to get my little local mail office straightened out.

I have figured out with the post office, it's who you get to talk to. Don't just talk to the clerk at the front. Ask for the PostMaster. If that doesn't help, ask them for the number of the state Postal Service office. They really don't want you calling them. LOL!

If the letter was sent certified, they can find it.

Thanks for your comments! I am armed with phone numbers to use tomorrow! I live in a big city and they treat everyone crappy at the downtown office. :(

    Hi,

I am a bit confused by this thread. I have recently become a player at 3Dice.

    I am in the States.

I had previously read they do NOT have wagering requirements on bonuses. Is this not the case?

skeeters says """""to have the bonus retroactively, however I had a 60 times play through instead of the 30 times playthrough. """""""

And, are there withdrawal problems for US customers?

    Thanks

Whether there is wagering or not depends on both the kind of bonus and the loyalty status of the customer.

The loyalty and deposit bonuses for Gold VIPS and above have no wagering, but silver, bronzer and player ones do.

Birthday bonuses will have a WR, but that may vary from player to player.

Comp points earned and redeemed are wagering free, and the free tourney wins have a WR of 10x.

    .
I had wagering requirements due to first time bonus offer. My delay in receiving WD had NOTHING at all to do with 3 Dice and everything to do with the USPS. My post office was responsible for my delay in receiving funds. If they didn't screw up...I would have received payment TWO DAYS after requested! :D

3 Dice is an awesome choice for US players. IMHO

3 Dice is by far the quickest paying Casino i have played at, wish they had a wider choice of slots (pref med/low variance) though.

I end up playing at slower paying casino's just for variety.

Completely agree. Being 100% honest here, even if MG became available in the US again, I just don't think they'd take back the #1 spot for me. I don't think a single one of their casinos pays as fast. Some of them do have higher withdrawal limits, I'll concede that.

My thoughts exactly. I need the variety... and though I do like the games, if you're planning on playing for a long stint it's difficult to get excited about the limited games there. That being said though, I've gotten highly addicted to the stick shift game and the incantation of pendulum (I don't know if that's right) as well as that stupid suck you in for everything you have splice game... omg. Seriously, I could play that all day long. Of course I'd be out thousands of dollars since I don't seem to get a huge amount of splice and then when it spins i always land on 40 or something, lol, but I could still play it all day long. But other than those 3, there isn't really anything else that interests me there. I keep hoping that one day we'll log on to see a software update and there will be at least 10 new games to play :D
