Does anyone else find that 3 dice is extremely tight? I think they are a great casino as far as support goes. But I really have noticed that they seem so tight no matter if you are betting low or high. I have won there before, but it has been rare. I guess I am talking more about your average constant play. You can blow through 25-50 fast betting min.

Personally at the minute last I checked my RTP was 106% or so, so it has not been tight for me and I have made a few cash outs. But I am waiting for the day the RTP swing hits me and its goes south, but I am expecting this at some point as the slots are mostly High Variance and slots is about all I play.

What games do you mostly play there?

    Tight?

when it rains it pours... seems like that is so true, and sometimes you just keep hitting.

best thing to do is go for your vip compoints 1st with your deposit and when you have enof to lvl up then go for it... higher your vip lvl the better matches on your deposits can keep you in the game longer... glgl:D

I find all casinos are tight. I've pretty much given up on gambling in the last few months because I'm tired of beating a dead horse. RTG, Microgaming, Playtech.... It's all the same horse.

For me, it's not only one casino. 3Dice is just like any other casino, long losing streaks, some wins. I have hit very big at 3Dice and have lost a crap load at 3Dice, but I can say that about any casino I play at.

    Have you tried other casinos?

i think their slots are beyond tight...ridiculous. Closed account and never would give them another cent. Games are boring as anything with no bonus rounds, free spins...never played anywhere like it (land based or online). A big hit there is 6 cents. Congrats to anyone who ever won there, but it will never be me because personally, I couldn't stand it.

I still don't see how this is different from any other casino. All games are boring if you're not winning. All games are "tight" when you're not winning. All games can run endlessly without bonus rounds. All games at some point have pissed someone off.

Saying you lost at a casino is like saying your bus was late this morning or someone put too much sugar in the coffee you ordered. Sorry to hear it but it's not exactly breaking news.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with 3Dice - the software is fair and the payouts are solid.

What can take some getting used to is the unique design of the video slots, generally speaking you need to have enough of a bankroll to guarantee a few bonus rounds, because most of the video slots have an awful lot of the RTP tied up in the bonus rounds. Bet too high relative to your bankroll and they can perhaps appear to be unusually harsh, especially since their variance tends towards the higher end of the spectrum.

I also find their slots a bit of a 'love them or hate them' proposition in design terms, but the slots that I do like there I think are absolutely fantastic. (I've put over 20K real money spins through Enchanted Spins since it was launched.)

Speaking as someone who's played extensively at just about every software out there, I'd put 3Dice up there with the best, add on the awesome CS, super-quick payout times and excellent loyalty structure - and you've got a great casino IMO.

Of course when the slots aren't rolling nicely it will give you a kicking - (I had a tawdry weekend from hell on Fortune Falls last year, chasing those damned 5 scatters) - but that's true of any software out there.

As a UK player I can basically play at any casino I want to, and play any software I want to - with the entire world of online gambling at my fingertips, the 3Dice casino install has a permanent home on my PC.

I think the reason people feel the (tightness) so much is 3 Dice is a smaller casino. They do not have hundreds of games like RTG or Micro. When your on a bad run you are limited to the games you can play so you have to ride the wave.

Now to the person that mentioned a six cents win as being the biggest, not true. Watch the red lines in chat you will see thousands.
3 Dice does a lot for its customers. The chat feature and free games for real money. If your on a bad streak my suggestion is play the tournaments for a couple of days. Play the buy ins. relax until you feel comfortable playing in real. Test the waters so to speak. LOL

The biggest obstacle in my eyes at 3 Dice is when playing in real deciding how you want to play? Meaning: If you deposit 100 do you want to bet 1.00 and risk a quick session of play time or do you bet min bets and build slowly. I have realized sometimes when I'm stuck on a slow win mode.(tightness) I change my bet strategy until I build up to the bigger betting sessions. This way if I bet bigger I'm betting with their money. If i hit nothing I go back down to smaller bets. Not saying this works all the time but it does help. I get some decent play time and I win here and there. It keeps me in the game.

Hope some of my advice helps, maybe other people can chime in on how they bet and play on 3 Dice slots when they seem to feel the tightness that has been referenced here.

I wish I could play more at 3Dice but for some reason the software is really hinky when I download and drives me nuts.

However, I did download and play around Christmas for the first time in months. Played the Arctic game and kissed the princess and came out with $700, hit 5 on Fortune Falls for a chunk. Anyway, cashout the $700, played what I had left. I received my money in 24 hrs. with no problem.

I wish the software ran better for me, I'd play there more often. But it makes me so nervous with all the jinking and jerking, I can't make it thru a session. LOL!

I have absolutely no issue with 3Dice - I don't really enjoy the streakiness of the software and find its more difficult to hit 1000x bet there than anywhere else. Their Slots are NOT the highest variance IMPO. So when people say they are high variance it may be true BUT I play HV all the time with much better results.

The red lines in chat are very misleading - Yes someone had a hit for a few hundred or even a few thousand, but people tend to believe that they are 'Wins' all the time.... I used to play and have a nightmarish session - Down $1000 then you get a hit for $250 and its in red so everyone is like 'WTG WTG' ...

Anyways, they are solid and good with customer ethics. Every person has a different opinion of Software's. In the end people will always be more biased to where they win more regularly and are treated GOOD when they lose. I jumped the 3Dice ship a year or 2 ago and I have not yet been tempted back.

I'd like to know why 3Dice don't allow withdrawals back to debit cards. They allow deposits, but then I'm off to Neteller to withdraw, pay me fee and don't see the money hit my bank account for up to a week. Compared to the rest of the CS, this is really bad and limits my play there. Every other casino I play at has deposit and withdrawal back to my debit card.
I don't give a damn about my risk profile in the banks view, so have no qualms using my debit card for gambling purposes so I find this issue very annoying.

3Dice is one of my favorites however i had to set reponsible gaming limits as the slots there can really tear you up when they are on a losing streak. It is probably my imagination but i can usually tell from the first 40-50 spins whether or nor my 3Dice session is going to be a bust or not, it is almost as though the slots are telling me stay away today!

Have had some nice wins though and payout quickest of any online Casino i have ever played at, also best CS in the business

IIRC they were trying to get payments back to cards sorted last year, but I guess it never worked out. As a smaller operation maybe they get hit with bigger fees and/or more hoops to jump through, plus you have to remember that they serve the US market which makes them perhaps a bit more on the 'wild west' side of things as far as some processors are concerned.

Is not an easy casino, but they have very nice slots.

Enzo I need a payola with 243 lines, that will be great. PAYOLA II could be the name :D

I didn't like the software at all. The games are simply boring in design and seem so out of date compared to some of the other major developers. The game they have where the surf board comes up is so elementary that you shake your head and say I can't believe I'm gambling on this kind of game.

Games from netentertainment, cryptologic, etc are much more entertaining and present a viable option to land based slots. I can't play these, but find them interesting and worth the risk. When online casinos open up for U.S. citizens, I believe they will put alot of effort into offering competitive and appealing games to the masses, not just to a certain type of player as 3dice has done.

It will be interesting to see how this casino maintains it's customer base once the competition is there and includes casinos that pay quickly to U.S. (e.g. licensed and regulated online).

3dice has kept their player base for many years even when USA players could play elsewhere. IMO you cannot compare to Net Entertainment and Cryptologic since they are pretty huge in the industry. 3dice uses proprietary software meaning there is no other software like it. If it's not for you, then hey it is what it is, but no need to say the games and software are elementary. The newer games that they have been releasing have better graphic quality than most casinos I've seen.

I don't entirely get the 'out of date' observation - video poker has been the same game (basically) for decades. Yet, it's popular, like blackjack or roulette, which are both even older than poker.

Even in terms of pure slots, older games (like MG's Cashapillar or Halloweenies, or RTG's Penguin Power) can still be fun after all these years.

I said not entirely because I do get the desire for novelty - well, they are always working on new slots, and the aforementioned Enchanted slot is very au courant with what most of the other softwares are doing.

Obviously, if we could play on other softwares, we would (and do). But running a successful casino is multifaceted, and 3Dice seems to get most everything right, on every facet, with the exception of perhaps not enough games. That complaint, though, strikes me as complaining to your spouse, "I like the sex, but I want more." Nice complaint to hear, lol.

Yeah....they're tight. The fact that their RTPs are actually higher than most other softwares is just totally irrelevant. I mean, what have figures got to do with it?

Edie, you seem to think all software is "tight" etc judging from your historical contributions. Its a common misconception originating from a lack of understanding about how slots work and such concepts as TRTP, variance and the law of large numbers.

You're entitled to your opinion of course, but the mentality of "tight = I didn't win" is not a sound one and is almost certain to affect your long term bankroll I.e. playing games of lower TRTP means less money in your pocket. Most slots at 3dice are highly volatile, which means they will suck you dry for long periods and give you a huge hit to compensate all of a sudden. I find that those who whine that they "can't win" usually deposit $25 and play .60 spins or $50 and play .80-1.00 spins.....doing this at 3dice is sure to ruin your day, and feed the misconception that they are "tight".

Out of interest, how long did you play there, and what was your ave deposit and bet and fav game? It might explain some things.

P.s. How on earth does a post like that get a "helpful" rating? Seriously.
