I want to warn you for casino 22bet.com. A bad online casino that should not be licensed and Should be blacklisted.

Responsible gambling they do not have, you can not set game limits and deposit limits by yourself. If you chat their online chat, they say you have to send an email to customer support. Once you have sent an email, it takes time for them to respond and they ask me to send documents to get it done. They do everything in order to not help you as a customer, they just want your money and you can not put game limits fast, they made it hard for you so you can lose money fast. They are irresponsible and arrogant.

Now I've also tried to close my account and it's just as difficult. I have to send verification documents to have my account closed. Since when do a player need verification documents to self exclude him self from a casino? I get angry with this really.

22bet.com fraudsters. I have made 12000 euros in deposits of 4 months. I have only played Bonanza with 1 euro in bet per spin. The last 3 months deposits 9000 euros and not one withdrawal. 2x-50x wins all the time and nothing more, never peak balance higher than each deposit. Average of 3000 spins between each bonus game. My RTP at 22bet.com is not even 30% in RTP. Obviously they are fraudulent and this random generator is bullshit.

I had never lost so much money in that casino if it had been easy to set game limits and be able to close the account easily. I even told them I am addicted and they don't even respond to it at all.

Since when do a player need to provide verification documents for setting limits and account closure?

I think on that we can all agree that thats a load of BS and should not be happening. Then again they are only licensed in curacao so its not that unexpected unfortunately.

I do not believe there are any 'clones' or the like of BTG Games (yet probably). From what I've seen via the Browser Logging Tool it also looked like a bunch of legitimate requests so i highly doubt that theres any foul play in that but nontheless thats obviously a pretty horrendous run.

Thanks for the reply. I'm very frustrated that I can't close my account at that casino easy. This make me not want to play online casino anymore at all. Since that happen I have not been playing anything at all because I do not trust online casinos anymore with anything.
