21prive withdrawal issue

I had a decent win on 21prive a week ago. Usually the Whitehat casinos payout next day to PayPal but I've not received mine yet and the only reply I get is that its with another department and wait for an email.

I got an email the day after the win saying I was bonus banned from all Whitehat sites and I am thinking it's something to do with that.

There was nothing unusual on how I played. I didn't go into bonus money. I just got a good win on Genie.

Anyone on here can help/know any reps?

No active rep but following a bonus ban (or complete ban for that matter) they will still pay your withdrawal, just takes slightly longer than average.

I got bb'ed and my payout was about 48h later than the 'norm' IIRC.

Don't sweat tho as I say they will pay you!
