Ok.. is anyone having serious issues with 21 Casino withdrawals at the moment?

I'm just putting the feelers out there to see if delays are normal at present or wether I need to take things a stage further.

For the record, ALL my previous withdrawals have been made in a very timely manner.... however I am definitely not feeling that this week...

Any input would be much appreciated.

Are you fully KYC/SOW sorted?..

And how quickly in the past are you paid?

Yes - and i have checked with their live chat as i registered a new debit card this month as previous expired ebd of Oct
Previously - confirmed within 6-10 hours, in account within 48 - only exception was the 1st withdrawal whcih was 4 days including full verification process.

My missus had a £500 withdrawal from them on the 11th Nov received next day to her Santander account.

I hope you get it sorted, for me and my partner they are our go to casino, because of the RTP.


Me too - I thought they were a solid casino with decent RTPS and a decent selection of slots. We will see, but the withdrawal is less than this so holding back isnt great.

UPDATE - 21casino - I would like to give full credit to 21 Casino here. I have received contact today directly from their accounts team over this withdrawal advising they were unable to process. (This does make sense as Paddy Power reversed one the same day claiming my bank had refused it) They have asked me to contact them direct - so hopefully this will be resolved. I will update if not the case.
The timescale could have been better - but these things happen.
Incidentally, a smaller withdrawal made from 21 casino yesterday has been confirmed and showing as pending in my bank account.

Ok.. .good news payment is now showing as pending in my bank account.

I believe the initial delay was with my bank, my new debit card is a Mastercard, previously was Visa and I think the bank have had some difficulties adjusting. I have had reversed withdrawals from both Will Hill and Paddy Power since the start of this month, however all does now seem to have settled down, with withdrawals from all sites - including 21 casino - now showing promptly.

The reaction time from 21casino wasn't the best, and their live chat did not help - rather fobbing me off.
The reach out from the accounts team on Saturday was better, but despite my instant reply, i have had to chase this further.

The rep @jacksparks has been BRILLIANT - and I am very grateful for his extra assistance, and his invite to me to PM him - which i did with excellent results. Fair play to yourself, IMO you are truly excellent at your job - thank you.

21Casino will remain one of my 1st choice providers. These things happen - and a thank you to anyone here or at 21Casino who has helped with this. In my opinion, all businesses show their true colours when resolving an issue, and this has been very satisfactorily put to bed.

I love the huge game selection, RTP's and the site itself in terms of aesthetics, it linking games to others, and its very clear notification of RTP. (Question though, your internal mechs show Diamond Mine as RTP 95.5 (or thereabouts) the game load screen shows over 96% can you explain this discrepancy?)

There are a few games at 21Casino where the 'mouseover' RTP doesn't match the RTP in the help files, so it's worth doing a manual check in my experience.

To be fair it's only a handful of games where I've noticed a discrepancy, and it's usually minor.

And yes Jacksparks is a great rep, having an active rep here at Casinomeister is a big plus in my book, and he intervened in this scenario for me!

Regarding the RTP comment, that's a good spot! The pay tables in game are all correct. We manually add the RTP on the mouse over for all games, so occasionally there may be a slight mistake due to human error. Diamond Mine is running on the 96.43% version according to the pay table, and our mouse over states 95.75%.

I've sent this over to the games team to look at/correct.
