Also tell them it is NOT a local problem, clearing cache and cookies is never going fix this, it is clearly their end, unless they are suggesting something on your local machine can effect what their site does, in which case you suggest they look at their site security

Exactly, its when there is no active rep that it becomes a problem.
Rizk don't have a rep, and haven't since they moved to Betsson, presumably Guts is the same, these don't now, although the WHG rep can probably help with most things. Been numerous reports of the Casumo rep not answering PM's and seems to be the same for Casumo on some other forums where previously they had a presence.
Well yes, and the rules for accreditation stateExactly - they've become increasingly stand offish, nonchalant in their attitude and, to be frank, they should probably be lobbed into the grey area (not necessarily cos of SOW, because we don't know the full story but they all have the same theme, so, er....), but their unwillingness to actually engage with people. If they're not willing to help and by all accounts they aren't, they shouldn't be accredited IMO: same with any casino on the accredited list to be fair.
