Also tell them it is NOT a local problem, clearing cache and cookies is never going fix this, it is clearly their end, unless they are suggesting something on your local machine can effect what their site does, in which case you suggest they look at their site security

I dont think I have ever had "clear the cache and cookies" fix a problem, ever lol. Biggest load of tosh when told to do that.

If we removed all casinos without an active rep would there be any from the UK market apart from Jan and Mark?

To be fair, many are probably active in the background (Like Renee who just doesn't post etc)

But certainly, like many have said, Casumo and some others are living on borrowed time

Exactly, its when there is no active rep that it becomes a problem.
Rizk don't have a rep, and haven't since they moved to Betsson, presumably Guts is the same, these don't now, although the WHG rep can probably help with most things. Been numerous reports of the Casumo rep not answering PM's and seems to be the same for Casumo on some other forums where previously they had a presence.

Exactly - they've become increasingly stand offish, nonchalant in their attitude and, to be frank, they should probably be lobbed into the grey area (not necessarily cos of SOW, because we don't know the full story but they all have the same theme, so, er....), but their unwillingness to actually engage with people. If they're not willing to help and by all accounts they aren't, they shouldn't be accredited IMO: same with any casino on the accredited list to be fair.

Well yes, and the rules for accreditation state

Must have an active representative (who can walk and chew gum at the same time) listed in Casinomeister’s forum. This representative must be directly involved with customer/player service, or who can make decisions involving player issues. This representative needs to log in at least once a week.

What I will say is, in this particular case, Maja left the company so obviously there would be a gap, but really casinos should have another rep lined up, or, as you say, moved into the grey zone.

I guess your right. When i think i have had contact with others who are just not so much in the community eye.

Maja in her short spell was good i thought. I do think people should give a bit more time than a day or two to respond, as im sure they dont sit at a desk waiting...well, maybe they do but i doubt it.

She didnt hide and even if the answer was going to be unfavourable she was bold as brass and upfront. Almost seemed honest for a rep :p

I have seen others answer what they want and ignore the rest but maybe they miss some things and i prefer some attention to none.

All in all CM has been a great portal for communicating with casinos for me. Id rather not burn any bridges even if they are weak and a bit unused.

Maybe its best to leave them there if there is some kind of presence or response. Keep the lines of communication there at least. @CasumoLouis has been absent lately but hopefully he will pop in with the monthly stats again.

While he is often on the forum, he chooses to which he responds and which he doesn’t care.

Sorry that you had this issue, due to the toast (the message) it would seem it was not a technical restraint, but something due to compliance. However I am glad it is all now resolved.

Also to others who have noted we do not have an active rep right now. That is the case and something that we will bring back. Unfortunately there was some bad timing with our affiliate team - which resulted in all 3 affiliate managers moving on in a short span of time. We now have 1 new affiliate manager who is in training for the time being and we have hired a new head of affiliates , but she had a 3 month notice period at her current employer which she needs to honor.

So for the time being we will not be represented heavily here, but this will change once we get more personnel in the affiliate team and trained. . In the mean time we have a big CS department who will happily help out where needed via our casino website. Additionally , I am fortunate enough to have worked with @LadyJelena before she joined casinomeister from our company, and she will inform me of any urgent threads than need my attention and I will do my best to resolve them myself.

Good morning to all.

After the scenario I had on 21 casino not being able to withdraw it appears I now have the same problem at Johnny Jackpot casino a sister brand.

After requesting a withdrawal I was greeted with the enclosed message below.
This is all very concerning as I am allowed to deposit but not withdraw again.

I have VIP status at this casino so I am baffled as to why it is happening again.

I had the usual clear cookies / cache from support as they were unable to identify the cause.

I have emailed both reps on here to see if they can help or if anyone knows or has seen this before please let me know while I await a reply from the reps etc.

Just a little update.

I was told by support to deposit more money and try and withdraw again.
The exact same thing happenend, so now I have more money in the system that I cant withdraw.

Nobody can actually tell me why I cant withdraw but I deposit unlimited amounts.

What a palaver.
 
Another update after spending hours getting nowhere with this withdrawal as nobody has any answers to what the problem is.

I was to told input my bank details IBAN number etc, and then the same thing happened again (please see image)

I complained to support who keep "looking" into it clear cache / cookies use a different device etc.

I have emailed both reps on here Whitehat gaming rep and Jacksparks with no responce.

So it seems I can make deposits but not withdrawals?

If anyone has any advice or suggestions it would be most welcome.

When they tell you to clear cache etc, ask them how that will help with an error generated from their end? Ask them to clear their cache and cookies as the problem is on the casino backend not your local machine. That normally shuts them up.

The reps probably aren't around on a weekend. Have you tried from a phone (if you are on a PC) or PC if you are on a phone? That can sort some problems as it will load a different platform (Desktop/Mobile) and sometimes the error is just generated by one of them.

yes I tried all that, they accept my deposits but cant process withdrawals.
Then as I said they told me to withdraw to a different method so i put more cash in via a different, all was accepted.

This happened before on 21 casino if you remeber, this time its johnny jackpot

It would seem I cant withdraw from any whitehat site at the moment but deposits are no problem.
There is a reference code on that image i posted but nobody knows what it means?
 
Ive never had a problem before but all of a sudden when I come to make a withdrawal it is an "internal error"
as per the image I posted.

Support told me to deposit more money via a different method and withdraw back to that, well all that happened there was more money got stuck in the system and unavailable to withdraw.

Then I was asked to input details of my bank for a transfer as you can see in the image and the same thing happened.

I asked them to do a manual transfer back to paypal, I deposited with this method so must have my paypal details etc.

As yet it is a stalemate with no progress being made.
