First thing first, i never played any bonus, so i'm wondering...

If i make a 50$ deposit, i get 150$ to play.

150x20 = 3000$

Do you seriously think that i can make 3000$ worth of slots spins with 150$ and still have money ? I guess i need to be EXTREMELY lucky to succeed ? I feel like i'm just giving them my 50$ for free....

Which Casino is it?

If it's a RTG Casino, you can, because i've make it also on iNetBet without any problems, but you should certainly play only wit 20 cent bets :)

Sure, 20 times wagering is pretty good for a large bonus nowadays. It's done all the time. But remember to read the fine print.

Yes it's Inet, ok thanks. Was just wondering how to proceed, so i should stick with 20c bet until i win, the increase progressively ? This will take a hell of a lot of time lol.

You mean the mistery bonus, am i right? ;)

I could at one time payout about $ 400, but i started at first with $ 1 bets and had the luck, that i've won directly a little bit and hitted directly a feature (free spins), but after that i palyed only with 20 cents and the $ 3,000 WR could be done within 30 hours on a 20 cent bet ;)

If it had been an MG casino I would have said you have about a 75% chance of making it.
But RTG...? More like 25-30%.
Quite a bit depends on which slots you chose, but mostly you need some good luck and the will power NOT to chase losses, and NOT to push your luck too far on one machine.
I would definitely start at 20 or 40c, maybe even reduce the number of win lines as well.
If things were going very well (your bank is rising fast), or you're near to busting, then I would think about a few $1 spins.

Good luck!

Two ways to look at any bonus. First is to calculate the expected loss from the playing. If we assume that the slot has a payout of 95% (might be slightly optimistic for most RTGs), then the house has an advantage of 5%.

$3000 (your playthrough) times .05 is $150.

In other words, over the long term, with the bonus, you are expected to lose exactly your deposit + bonus by the time you finish the WR. In other words, the bonus is not profitable, and you're still giving up money to the casino.

If you want to play the bonus just to extend your playtime, then that's cool. Slots being slots, you'll probably lose your entire bonus+deposit the majority of the time, and then have the occasional big win.

In fact, if you start playing a bonus like that aggressively enough, it will actually begin to tip the profitability in your favor. (the idea is that if you bust out quickly, you don't play as much against the house edge, and your few wins are REALLY big). It's not a technique I personally like, because slots are too high variance for me most of the time.

Oh, so anyway, I have no particular advice on what to play. Play really small if you just want to play as much as possible. Play big if you want to go for a big win.

I agree, bet big unless you're just doing it because you like to watch the slots spin. Hit the big win and then grind it out on smaller bets if you wish.

???

I think, you play not really very often RTG, am i right? ;)

As i said, if you play with 20 cent bets, it's no problem, but on a MG Casino, you will lose your money faster, as you can look, also on 20 cent bets!
So in my experience i would even say, that you have a 90% Chance on RTG and 50% on MG :)
Btw. you can play much longer on RTG, because the spins are not so fast :D

The only good thing on MG Casinos is, that you can pay out at every time, if the casino allow it.

If i make a 50$ deposit, i get 150$ to play.

Now i see, that this is not a mistery coupon, because normally you get only 50% for a $ 100 deposit, so this must be an extra bobus coupon for you ;)

Probably because you've never played with any bonus before ;)

You are right - I don't play RTG much these days.
I used to play quite a bit, but got fed up with having my bankroll murdered by their slots, so pretty much stopped.
I have to say though, that was from Aug-06 to Feb-07 when I am convinced RTG reduced their slots payout % across the board. (If you search you will find several threads about it here). The do seem to be 'back to normal' now, so maybe my assessment was a little harsh.
I still think MG are the best slots for bonus playthrough though.

I would have said the actual speed of the spins is about the same - but I don't very often use the 'Quick Spin' function at MG.

Ahhh KK, I see you are a masochist and like to prolong your pain, lol. I find the payouts at both RTG and MG to be horrible right now, for me anyway. But I also know that it goes in streaks, and will turn around again. So for now, I've just been taking a break.

On MG you have surely right, because that's the fact for me, that i'll never play there again.
It's no fun for me, when i make a 200.- deposit and play with 1 bets and never get any bonus rounds, before i've lost all my money *lol*
I had always the feeling, that i've never any chance :(

Okay cou can certainly also on RTGs lost your money very fast and you must always look, which slot is actually the best, because i've experience that the payouts from every slot changes everytime, so sometimes you can play with Cleopatra's Gold a very long time and get free spins after free spins, but then in another month you can play there for 1 hour without any free spin, if you have really much pain ;)
But that's probably random? :)
