Ok...just to follow-up, I've heard back from our casino manager and we WILL pay out any progressive win in a lump sum. As I mentioned previously, this is just one of those things that need cleaning up.

We'll be scrutinizing the terms over the next few days to be sure there's no loose ends and of course, we'll be changing the term pertaining to the progressive wins, accordingly.

Hope this clears this issue up. :thumbsup:

Maybe not for the reasons you might imagine (taking 3 months to pay me), but because of this;
On their website it says this:-

Big congrats to both the casinos!! :thumbsup: I am confident that if there are any issues what so ever Greedy will work non stop to fix them for players and affiliates :)

Oh also just seeing how fast Debbs came back with a answer and a fix to goes to show what I have been saying all along about Rivals and how the operators do have a choice on how to work things! They can change all the bonus issues, they can change the weekly withdraw amount etc, I see the future of Rivals going just like RTG has in the past and it will come down to trust and finding a good Rival operator when it comes to sending my players there. Slot Power and Slot O will be getting more exposure from me now that they have passed the Meister test!

I just had a ok night last night at Sloto could have cashed out $200 but decided against it, and played down to $100 to leave for this morning. I play mostly scary rich and milk the cash cow. I played the whole $100 on scary rich (yes high variance I know :rolleyes:) $0.40-$0.60 with no bonus round, got down to $20 and switched my bet to $0.20 and got 5 bonus rounds (not in a row) they paid....3 for under $2, 1 for under $5 and 1 for $0.53, (now wilds that paid anything on all 5 rounds)

Pretty terrible don't ya think?

Oh and not to change the subject, but why am I the only one who never gets paid fast from Club World!!!! I swear it's only me!!! Cashed out last night at 8:30est and expected it to be in my QT this morning, but nope, so contacted support and they said it would be in the next batch, whatever that means.
 
I think Slotto are well qualified, many people have different experiences at the same casino, but Slotto have permanently (for me) had a perfect record (on a par with 32Red).

Cashouts - between 4-12 hours, usually at the lower end of the scale without fail.

Flushing - "can you flush the withdraw?", "yes, done". No drama, no offers of reverse bonuses, done in 10 seconds.

Fair bonuses - Not a huge amount, but I often recieve 100% with x15 playthrough, and occasional free chips with no max cashout. Cashback at the end of each month, and the comp system is easy to see and use.

CS - Helpful, friendly and get to the point. Again, your requirements are sorted in a flash, no drama.

There are too many people with good things to say about Slotto for it to be a fluke. The dross, that are the Bonne Chance group(whatever they are called, pretty much the rest of the Rivals) could learn so many things.

I may have posted this before, but I had a run in with Absolute before it changed to Slot Power. I won a comp on another forum but I had a pm from the admin of the forum saying that Absolute would not accept it. When I approached the live help, I was told I had been using multiple accounts and my account was locked. I said there was some mistake and wanted to get it sorted, but they said they did not have to give any reasons or explanations, and basically told me to bog off. I didnt get any joy with emails either. When they changed to Slot Power, the ban continued, even after admin of the forum tried to get something done. So I saved some hard drive space and deleted both.
This same excuse has been used on other forum members, however, its only when they try to play bonuses or try to cash out. Oh yeah, they'll let you bang money in all day, but get a win or a freebie and your an instant criminal

The thing that get me most angry is that word has got round to all the Rivals, and now I get no offers or freebies whatsoever in any of them. I might just delete the lot and go back to land casinos.

At Absolute i got my first and only ban for multiple acounts:eek: Had never opened more then one acount anywhere, that really hit me hard......Not ever was i try to abuse any casino..........
Of course they carry over ban to new one....

The monthly match bonus with 15x WR was also gone. I had claimed this several times but never cashed out from this bonus so this is baffling. When I enquired about these I was told that they monitored my deposits and play and the bonuses could reappear after I deposited and played more.

They are now offering me a 100% slots bonus with 20x WR. Bonus is uncashable and the min. withdrawal amount is 1x (D+B). As I said I have never been able to cash out from their monthly bonuses (15xWR) and have lost a bit at this casino, so why am I treated like a second-class player as far as bonuses are concerned. Needless to say, the current offer is unattractive and I havent patronised this casino for over 6 months. One thing I agree on, howecer, is that their customer service is very good.

We are now Slot Power...a new company, new management and the goal here is to shake off whatever bad stuff that may be lingering from the past and move on to a product we can be proud of and that players can enjoy and fill safe in using. And by 'shake off,' I mean resolve. :)

Rennick's past maybe can be "shaken off" and he will not be extradited.

No one on this forum is going to make the call about the 4 owners of Rival Gaming in Canada and their past actions. Does that mean anyone ever will, only time will tell!!
 
Nash not sure where you get your info but I can assure you there are not four owners to Rival, there is one man and he does not reside in Canada. I think you confuse a group that leases the software such as 400affiliates that does have 4 different men that run up the casinos that as I say again are leasing the casino software from the 1 Rival gaming owner.

Okay now to this derailed thread that was to be a kudos shout out to these two wonderful casinos. I don't think it is fair to turn this thread into a bitch fest what is wrong with simply taking note that oh ok I see Greedygirl is a rep of the brand I have an issue with maybe I will be polite and send a private pm to her and see if she can help me with my problem. Seeing as the casino is under totally new management I bet maybe someone will actually care about my situation and help me out. Okay thanks off my soapbox now..lol As I am sure Greedy is now working her magic to see what the issue is and trust me there have been plenty of times when a flag or ban has been well deserved and am in no way saying that is the case here.

I have personally gone to bat for players just like you btw and found out that it was a Rival Gaming software glitch and NOT the fault of the operator just so your aware.

Exact same situation for me as well. Never really had a problem, especially at slotocash. Good CS and outstanding cashout protocols. But all of a sudden, no bonuses or they were crap. Basically, all these rival casinos could have just said "we don't really appreciate or need you" and it would have had the same effect. Uninstalled them a while back and never looked back. I did once get suckered into signing up for a new one, then figured out it was part of the 400 group thing and quickly uninstalled (they are the worst.)

then of course the whole irish luck thing, etc.

But in all honesty, i actually don't see why these two specifically should not be accredited... especially slotocash. I've still never really heard anything negative about slotocash (outside of the whole bonus thing which is very individual for every player.)

Personally, i would be happy to have these rivals accredited by Byran here since it shows their commitement to player issues. Of course, it would make sense that everyone play more at accredited casinos so that other casinos can see the benefit of becoming accredited.
 
One owner who doesn't reside in Canada? So who are Matthew McParland, Marc Thibodeau, Patrick Stacey and Ashley Rushton then? Do they not comprise the corporation 6300511 Canada Inc., also known as Gaming Solutions/Black Chip/Unified Support Systems/Rival Gaming? Has the company been sold?

Black Chip (the licensor of the software supplied by Gaming Solutions) is supposedly based in Cyprus. Unified Support Systems (supposedly owned by Black Chip), is supposedly based in the Dutch Antilles and is responsible for all the customer support for the Rival brands (exception of Sloto I'm guessing)?

I don't need to speak for Nash, I'm sure he'll be along....but his problems with this company have nothing to do with software or technical glitches, and everything to do with a lack of ethics from the top on down. I think the world of Debbee, and I know she's as honest as they come....I wish her the best of luck. She's way too good for this company, they don't deserve her IMO.

EDIT: I was really happy to see Debbee's post confirming that Slot Power WILL pay out progessive wins in FULL at the time they are won. And Slotocash had previously stated that over at the GPWA when the Irish Luck Fiasco was ongoing. For me, that's always been one of the biggest things that concerned me about Rival...the payment of progressives in installments.

Thanks Tharp I knew that would be the case :) Pina none of the places above houses the 1 single owner of Rival :) but excellent work on your research. It is obvious the man would like to stay hidden given the nature of his business. As far as the owners of Slot Power I cannot say where they have ever cheated a player or not paid affiliates, I think they had a bad run of luck by opening business and trusting a shady, cheating marketing company to run their brand from the start up. Kudos to them for not folding and caving in when things got bad, one single man all but destroyed their business and yet they fought hard all the way through the battle to end up coming out of the fire shining bright! That also means they have the capital to back their azzes up if need be. I will recommend this casino to all my players and feel very confident they are playing in a safe environment.

Now that they are under new management I requested that the decision to bonus-ban be reversed and the live chat staff told me the request would be sent to management for a review and that I would be informed.

It's been exactly 2 weeks and I have not had the courtesy of any sort of reply from Slot Power. I really dont mind if the decision runs against me but 2 weeks is certainly enough to make these kind of decisions so for me this is a bit disappointing.

Hi Chu Chu, I to am still bonus banned from Slot Power. I have not heard back from Debbee for a few days so we will see what happens. As far as Vanguard Casino I really do not know what is going on. After Debbee looked in to that I got I think 2 bonuses that day and it has stayed on a reload of a 15 percent bonus and never gave me another one so not sure how they work.

With Greedygirl at the helm your case is in safe hands. However, this looks increasingly reminiscent of Casinoshare where the support is not up to par yet the manager is tops. Mario is one hell of a guy and solves all issues we come up with but if support was good enough the manager/manageress will have to take such a huge burden.

In my case, GG took it up and everything was solved satisfactorily. However, this would never have it to this thread if support had done what they promised. Hopefully, they can be trained to serve people better.
 
If anyone thought anything had changed, I got bonus banned at SlotPower a few days ago, guess they didn't think anyone would be lucky enough to actually cash out after the 60x wagering requirement on a 50 deposit 75 bonus.. Oh well, that's $1500 they won't be getting back from me.
