In the last 2 days i have been notified that Spin 32 Poker will be leaving the Merge network and all American players as of Jan 1 and then i find out that Reefer Poker has been bought out by Feltstars and the sad thing id Feltstars is supposedly owned by a real shady group or person according to a thread at PPUS, so that really sucks for those of us that liked Reefer

I can only say that IGS was rigged on the casino side, I never once had a comp they issued me do anything but go south... And then they just folded and screwed over everyone, including their players, affiliates, and by a few reports, their mid-level employees. I had a few hundo on feltstars and and a few other rooms resurfaced after the collapse of whatever that old network was called, ummm, I think it was as simple as "poker network IGS'. There is a lot more about the ownership and platform that FeltStars was borne of and still uses...check out this link...

The funny but not-at-all ironic part of the story is, when feltstars resurfaced and joined the Merge network, I and many others who were owed money immed. signed up and asked for our cash. I swear at least two of the CSR's used their same ScreenName from the old days, and then proceeded to flatout deny they were ever part of the oldFeltStars, and insisted their was new ownership and nothing could be done bout old debts...

Anywhooooooooo....

FeltStars, besides running casino software that has an insane house edge, has been accused of much worse than just running tight gaming platforms... I just don't have enough proof to comment about it a.t.m...

Also, I just remembered that there is some link between Mypaylinq and Feltstars. And its more than just "Feltstars offers Mypaylinq as a deposit option" which is what they tell ya at Mypaylinq... Anyway, I think I will bring that up in the payment processor forum and then edit in a link here later... I knew I was forgetting something sketchy bout MYPAYLINQ, but I could not remember til this thread knocked the dead brain cells loose and uncovered the memory... When you go to live chat on mypaylinq, its got a number of options, deposits, verifcation, etc, and then, felt stars... Seems like a prominent place for merchant member, as no other merchants there have their own chat link... I will research this and report...

To be fair, I just got this forward from a buddy when I asked him "Wassup with the Reefer Poker thingy?" He did not claim to say this was a legit statement, just that it was being posted and circulated...

This letter is intended to remove all doubt that FeltStars has any
affiliation with
GameTech, FutureBet, or IGS. FeltStars works 100% with Merge Gaming
Network as we are a
direct licensee with them. Absolutely no one who works for or with
FeltStars has
anything to do with GameTech.

When FeltStars first started operating, we used software
provided by GameTech. It
soon became clear to us that GameTech was once known as FutureBet. As
soon as that
information was confirmed, we began the long difficult process of
distancing ourselves
from them. We did this, at great expense, because we are in this for
the long term. Our
reputation is important to us and we would like our players to have
nothing but 100%
confidence and trust in the service that we provide.

We will be more than happy to speak to anybody on your site that
would like to
verify this. The CEO of Merge Gaming Network, Anthony Taylor, can
also verify that we
will work directly with them.

I would like to reiterate, GameTech, FutureBet, or IGS does not
have any affiliation
with FeltStars.com whatsoever.

If there is anything I can do to provide you with accurate up to
date information
that will help you to ensure that you are serving your players
effectively, do not
hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

John Giavani
