Went for the 100% Welcomebonus +50FS on Immortal Romance. All good until i started the freespinns, at a 0.3NOK roll per spinn/or 0.0347€ roll per spinn.

NOK-€ is 8,6-1

So €0,0347 per spinn in other words. After i played my 50FS i won a total of 26,46NOK instead of 26,46€

Chat support said if i had changed my settings from NOK to Euro i would have won 26,46€. But here i am with only 3,6€. Dont seem fair.

Also my max bet is only 6NOK, if i change my settings i can max 6€ (52NOK). This smells..

The minimum bet for IR should be €0.30/NOK3.

Seems like the casino software is set up for EUR, yet your account is in NOK.

The MG client supports almost every currency, so there must be a glitch somewhere.

Also, you can not not change the currency of your account once it's created (at least that's what I've been told by other MGS).

If GoWild let's you change this in 'settings', then that's almost certain where the problem lies.

We have recently added the possibility for players from Norway and Sweden to choose their local currency: NOK and SEK respectively.

The free spins system has been configured to have a proper coin and bet value in CREDITS. This means that unfortunately, the free spins system considers at the moment 1 USD = 1 EUR = 1 AUD = 1 NOK = 1 SEK

As we understand the concerns expressed by our players from Sweden and Norway, we are working for a solution on the SEK and NOK free spins discrepancies. We should have this solved very soon and we will update everyone regarding this.

I am happy to inform you that we have managed to find a solution for the free spins issue mentioned by Fjellsame.

We are now able to give free spins with larger bet sizes on certain games for SEK and NOK. This way the bet size in SEK and NOK will be the equivalent of the bet size for USD and other similar currencies. For example free spins on Immortal Romance will now have a bet size of 3 SEK per spin instead of 0.3 SEK.

Please keep in mind that we are unable to do this for all the spins, due to the way some of the games themselves are set up. Yet in case the need will arise, our support team will be able to assist you with switching your free spins with spins on similar games that allow this bigger bet size.

Shouldnt blame ur currency selection on Go Wild, only ive noticed some casinos one example being 32Red when i have SEK as currency i can bet 0,3 SEK up to max bet 30 sek i think!?

On other casinos its the same 0,3 euro or 3 sek min bet.


On other casinos and games for example Dark Knight i have SEK, max bet is 6 SEK, so if i win the progressive i win it in 5,3million SEk not 53 million sek or 5,3m euros..

Though my max bets are cheap the game might think im a high roller...
