14 day delay on new account withdrawals

:eek: Interops Casino is an acredited site but I've just been told that there is an automatic 14-day hold on withdrawals from new accounts. I'm talking about a $40 payout through Neteller. I deposited $25 and took no bonus. Is there a casino contact for this company who monitors this forum?

I thought speedy payouts were one of the accreditation criteria:what:

I would be complaining too, they dont wait 14 days to put your deposit through.

Halfway through the 14-day wait period. No response to PM. As a side subject, does this casino pay any faster after your first withdrawl?

i assume that you finally got paid, Kirby?

i had a difficult time getting my bonus creditted when i played there a couple months ago. then yesterday i received an e-mail from their CS out of the blue informing me that my bonus was denied. Huh? I already received and played the bonus in April.

Over year ago, they sent me all kind of stuff, mousepad, exclusive offers, etc, etc. Even i didn't have deposit history there. Only account.

They also sent some flyer (via snail mail), where was free chip offer and code.
Of course i sent email, and request their free chip offer.

They promise to credit that, then they said that they don't have this offer, then they promise to ask this from their marketing and management, then their marketing ask details... well i said, that i got flyer from you, with this code and blah blah... and i ask... "Do i need to send scanned copy?!" :eek:

no response from the OP but I've played here are was paid fine after the 14 days. Tedious and non essential wait tho IMO.
