12betcasino CHEATED me RM33,000.00 (Rm33k)


Someone please help me with my Rm33k cheated by 12bet casino.

7-April-2013 (Sunday) is a good weekend and i take whole day to play with this casino.

From starting i play was everything look good and slowly become better and better, i really never think i can win this much at the end, With Rm33k.

In this casino i have deposit almost Rm10k above and i almost lose them all, but at 7-April-2013 (Sunday) i had won Rm33k above and time about 3-4am 8-april-2013, next day i wake up and go to work, after working hour i faster go in to withdraw my money.

Problem come out, my casino account show me with balance 0 (zero), i really say what is happening to my account, so i faster call the help with customer service of 12bet casino.

They trying to check and delay me with another 24hours, and ask me to send them a prove to prove them, i have won that much of money.

Ok here, normally we play with online casino will you really record everything or how you really get a prove that you have won money from online casino?.

Because i have this experience with this casino somewhere at march-2013, and at last they told me "Please take a screen Shot for your prove if you have any problem with our system."

i really shut up and do nothing for that, because i have nothing to prove them wrong and which i can't do anything that time.

but after all, i got won Rm5k and at the same day i withdraw it out, it take about 48hours to credit into my local bank account and which i happy with that.

so i have continue my game with this casino.

finally this is a problem to me and lucky i have screenshot to prove i really won Rm33k from this casino, and they say my screen shot is fake and don't want to credit back my Rm33k.

If someone can help me out , i really thank you so much.

Possible causes.

1) You were in "fun mode", but didn't realise.
2) For some reason, the casino voided your entire balance (usually fraud or breach of terms).
3) The funds were withdrawn, you just forgot, and they are on their way.
4) A genuine software glitch (but they should have records their end to see if this is the case).
5) They simply cheated you as you allege.


Your screenshots just don't show, nor can they be forced out using "show picture", so they can't be taken into account.

If possible, you could use the "one shot" PAB service offered here, it's free, but you will have to stop posting any further until PAB has run it's course.

You imply this has happened before, and the casino admitted there had been an error and corrected it. They would never have done this purely on the evidence of screenshots provided by you, but must have spotted a software error.

That it happened again, and again they call you a liar even though this is a known problem on your account hardly inspires confidence in their reliability, and that of their software.

A PAB should get to the bottom of this, and will go over the heads of the front line support that are stonewalling you by calling you a liar.

He just told you to pitch a bitch to MaxD and after you pitch a bitch you should not post any further in this thread until they get to the bottom of what's going on with your withdrawal. I've never pab before so I can't tell you how to do it.

Try to remember to take screenshots in the future. I always take a screenshot unless I'm paying at a casino that I already trust like 32 Red or Betsafe :)

You should read that FAQ because it contains a lot of information that directly affects your PAB. In particular you should note the section on email addresses:

The bottom line is that we've experienced a lot of troubles emailing to AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo email addresses. Those services often target emails from gambling-related sources, such as Casinomeister, and throw them out before you ever get a chance to see them. In other words they are not reliable for our communications regarding your PAB.

So, before I can proceed with your PAB you need to provide an alternate email address. Please provide an email address _not_ using one of those unreliable services (AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo). Gmail (aka googlemail) is free and reliable. GMX.com is also good.

Once I receive a valid email address from you I will be able to proceed with your complaint. Please take care of this as soon as possible so that I can continue work on your PAB. You can send your new email address to me via max.drayman@casinomeister.com

Have you not read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ? Please do and note item 3.11 in particular:
... don't post about your issue on the forums: wait until the PAB process has ended before you discuss it on the forums.

For some reason something just popped up in my mind.

1. What was the last game you played that shows you the balance of MYR 33,000? You might want to login to the casino software and check the history. If you can have that, then I'm sure they will have a hard time explaining where it disappeared to...

2. Did you take a bonus where you're not suppose to play certain games and you did thus causing the money to be forfeited?

Good luck on trying to get it back from them.
