Slow Pay 12BET Stalling on withdrawal

Made a withdrawal request at 12BET on Sunday night for £3,100, won from a £1,000 deposit.
Was told on Sunday withdrawal will be processed in 24 - 48 hours, and checked tonight to see when it would be done - now being told they need documents to allow them to process the withdrawal.
I was verified in April, and also resent the documents on Sunday after I made the withdraw and now I have been given the BS that they sent me an email requesting documents on Sunday, check my spam.
Now being told that i will be verified in 48 hours, and processed in 3 - 5 days. Pure BS and a clear stalling tactic.

Steer clear.

Humble Pie.....

Eating some humble pie now on this one. Went to chat on Tuesday night again just after my post, and talked to a manager who told me it would be escalated. I didnt believe this, but I have to say that Wednesday morning when I checked it was being processed, and it was in my bank today, along with a further withdraw I made last night.
Definitely credit due to 12Bet, and humble pie for me....
