I just like to inform the community and maybe discuss about it rather then complaining about my own experience. I considered this sub-forum as most fitting.
Currently 10bet offers a couple of interesting looking promotions in their
On the 16th they offered a 30% cashback on live-game losses with a rollover of 25 times. Looks interesting at first however there are ivory-tower terms applied which makes it practically impossible to clear the cashback (especially timewise). You are supposed to meet the playthrough requirements on live-games, too. However there is only a contribution of 20% for roulette and 10% for blackjack to the wagering requirements.
For example if you lost €200 on live-games and get a €60 bonus you have to wager:
€7,500 on live-roulette (€60 x 25 / 0,2)
€15,000 on live-blackjack (€60 x 25 / 0,1)
That's not tough enough right? No. Because the maximum bet you are allowed to bet is €6.25 or 5% bonus whichever is lower. In this example your maximum bet would be €3. Good luck playing blackjack where you can also double and split. With €3 bets you would need 2,500 spins on live-roulette to make it through the requirements. You can maybe play 2 spins on live-roulette per minute. So if you play non-stop you need over 20 hours.
I contacted customer support via chat:
agent: Unfortunately those are the rules settled from our casino team
Savvy players might spot that. But players without proficient knowledge of the T&C might fall quickly over those terms. I mean how on earth are you supposed to meet those requirements?
Some input is appreciated. Maybe the 10bet rep can participate in the discussion and we can make some improvements together. I wrote him a PM to join the discussion.
