I recently signed up to 10bet casino and deposited $25 with the %100 first deposit bonus code attached. After not receiving the bonus i emailed them as there was no live chat, after waiting a couple of days with no response i decided to transfer my money to the sports section. After placing a succesful $20 bet on an italian football match @$2.60 i noticed my balance was only $26. After numerous emails back and forth taking atleast 3-5 days per a response, I was then told i hadn't wagered my bets enough times. My balance never showed any bonus nor did i ever agree to any bonus, they ended up offering me a $5 free bet so i told them to delete my account instead.

I was about to say contact the rep here because 10Bet is accredited at CM and so they maybe able to solve your issue, however as you've already closed your account then.....

What is the point of your post if you closed your account anyways? What are you trying to achieve with this?

The point of my post is that in my opinion 10bet support is shyte so i wouldn't bother over $32, and thanks for the advice.

Is it just me ? Or does a live agent on 10Bet pop up as soon as you login ? Like.. Every single time ?
