I am probably not the one to answer this

as I know precious little about craps....But doesn't that mean that you can place up to 100X your original bet at true odds when playing the pass line? In other words, you place a $1 bet at normal odds then you can place $100 behind it at exact odds (100% return).

I am sure someone who has actually played craps can confirm or deny this. It seems like a pretty good deal.

That is spot on Jamiester. With 100X odds the house edge is reduced to almost nothing. At least one place in Vegas offers these odds (Casino Royale I think).

Basically you give the house 1.4% on the passline and the odds have Zero edge so if you bet $10 on the passline and $1000 odds  the "cost" of the bet is only 14 cents. Not bad for a $1010 bet considering a similar bet at roulette would "cost" $27.27 on a European wheel and $54.54 on an American wheel.

That is correct, Casino Royale in Vegas across from the Mirage offers 100x odds with a $1 pass line bet. it is a flip of the coin. The drink service is better than big casinos, their craps tables are worn out like a 83 Chevette and you will get lung cancer from the cancer smoke that the stupid ass no brain give up on life idiot smokers toss in the air. It is worth it as you can win big on a nice roll will no real house adv.

Ok, I won't offend the smokers if they don't offend me. So smokers, please only smoke in your homes or your cars with the windows rolled up. And don't forget to use your ashtray. Remember, The world in not your garbage can, your lungs are. But that is your choice, the lung thing.

As for the gambling online to avoid the second hand cancer smoke, that is sad but true. But then you miss out on all the free drinks. P.S. Drinking is also bad for you, but it is not bad for the people around you unless you are operating machinery, being a drunken asshole or throwing up all over the craps table.

Well said.We touched a very important subject here although not in the appropriate section .Pardon us BassMeister! :D

I don't consider offence everytime you say something to someone that he deems as wrong.Whatever it is that you do if you do it without reference to the whole then there is a problem and you are an unsuccesful human being in my opinion.Everytime i am at the casino it irritates to have to sit next to a 'chimney', who doesn't know any better.I can see the dealers ain't impressed either.Speaking of behalf of many i have to say to those smokers who are inconsiderate: You @#$%@#!

This just reminds me of the "For your health and comfort, the Gold Spike has purified the air" at the Gold Spike Casino in downtown Las Vegas, probably the smokiest casino I have ever been to.

If you read again what I wrote, you will see that I did not claim that the Gold Spike was the smokiest casino in the world, merely the smokiest I have been to. Have you been to the Gold Spike? It is quite an experience.

    yeah, but

If you read what he said: If *you* did go to Leicester square, then the Golden Spike would no longer be the smokiest casino you had been to. Therefore, you would retract your statement/post :D :p
