I don't think the op is blaming dunover.
I think what the OP wants to say is Dunover said he promotes only "fast cash out casinos", and the one of the casino on his website is not "fast cash out casino".

Though I believe the OP needs to clarify one thing.
Is he talking about his first withdrawal that was not processed until the verification is done?
If that's the case, I don't think it is any problem.
The first withdrawal always takes longer in most casinos.

Is the OP talking about general withdrawal?-does the casino website say all the withdrawal is processed after 72 hours?

I've signed up with quite a few of his links and nearly all of them have paid pretty quickly
Spinit and other casinos in their group were (are?) notorious for taking a long time to verify . They sent my docs back twice as stalling tactics only to accept them 3rd time and Ive heard other players had the same experience
Once verified however on the 2nd and subsequent cashout I expect they manage to process withdrawals within 24 hours ? Idk I never stuck around long enough to find out because if a casino is going to mess me around the 1st time round then that's not a casino I'm going to play at again

Have you been a member here before? Old banned members sometimes behave that way. Others usually don't.

I misunderstood OP's thread at first and was about to defend Dunover here and ask why to make such a horrible thread.

But after reading again I can see he meant Dunover should take down "Spinit" from his website. At first, I thought he meant the website

I feel "wigan rl" should have at first contacted the casino or rep and also Dunover.

Gives a really bad taste to make a thread/post like this. We can all get frustrated or lose patience fair enough but.

Even the best casinos make mistakes or had delays in things. It happens! Even i have been frustrated etc with some casinos that would normally pay almost instant or within hours please remember that.

Pay for guaranteed special next day delivery with royal mail also does not 100% give you that next day delivery

I previously found SpinIt to be an absolute shambles when it came to verification and cashouts.

The live chat are useless with a generic “it’s under review”

Yeah, one of the few sites that blatantly delay verification with stupid reasons. Their normal MO is to delay until 71hours 59minutes and then contact you with some bizarre reason that they need something else. Not content with that they do (well, to me) it again. Their support is amongst the most shambolic i've encountered.

Thanks for your input people. Yes, I could have contacted them on the OP's behalf had I been PM'd.

When I constructed the FPC site originally I had a benchmark of considering any casino which paid within or up to 48 hours (after KYC which it states in my page info) as 'fast'. Of course that is relatively speaking, you have 888 which really do enforce 72 hours reversal (not acceptable) and some Playtech sites that even had 96 hours, which I wouldn't add for that reason. On the other hand you have sites which are on there paying nearly instantly or within a few hours.

Pay out trends are getting quicker and IF the UKGC does indeed act against any pending period which it has indicated it may, then I'll have to reword the introduction and information there regarding the UK market.

I also tested the casinos, or if there are more than one under a license like Caddell for example but which all use the same payment processing system, at least one of the skins. If you look at Chopley's recent palaver with Leo Vegas where it took nearly 5 days after his Countdown win, thus far exceeding the information in that casino's review in the accredited section on here, then you know things aren't always smooth.

I also checked the Spinit withdrawal info in their terms and it doesn't state they impose a 72-hour pending as the OP is insinuating:

5. Prior to withdrawal of funds not used for wagering or betting, KYC documents shall be requested in the case of players with no betting or casino activity. The time taken for a withdrawal will depend on whether KYC documentation is needed and the speed at which it is delivered however the usual lapse of time for a withdrawal to be processed is as follows:

So I note it says 1-3 for cards, I know some on here say it's only 1 day whereas my bank takes 2 days. International bank transfers state 3-5 days and I tend to get them in 2 from other sources of payment i.e. affiliate programmes who mostly use that method from Malta or Sweden.

I have had a lot of business for this group and have not had any complaints prior to this and of course I regret that in this instance things haven't apparently gone smoothly for the OP but it happens on nearly all casinos and groups at some time or other and it's beyond my control when it does. I don't know exactly what's gone on between the two parties and what's been said so am not really sure what I am meant to say here.

If it became apparent this group were indeed failing substantially to pay verified players in 2 working days I would recategorize them on FPC or if they went rotten they would all be removed.

There is a PAB service here which this group is responsive to as far as I'm aware should the OP be having issues getting paid. This is for all members regardless of who or where they signed-up from.

• That group has ALWAYS dragged its feet over payouts and it is a commonly known FACT among (experienced ) players. How many times have we seen threads about this group and their 'underhandedness'
• I'm actually SHOCKED given Dunover's good integrity that he even has these cowboys on his site at ALL.

Yeh Dunover this group sent my docs back twice taking a week to verify and they've done it to a lot of others . Seems to be a ploy of theirs . Prob after KYC and 1st withdrawal they are fine but most won't bother to play there again after the initial timewasting
